Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive a solenoid to be more efficient, by a method wherein the main air gap between the solenoid and a fixed core is provided outside a coil thereby to prevent the number of turns thereof from being restricted. CONSTITUTION:A central rod 3 of an I-shaped solenoid 1 having upper and lower pieces 2 is inserted into a coil 5. Upper and lower armature surfaces 8b of vertical pieces 8 of intermediate yokes 7 are made to face upper and lower inner armature surfaces 2b of the upper and lower pieces 2, respectively. Upper and lower yoke pieces 11 of the solenoid 1 are made to face the upper and lower pieces 2 of the solenoid 1, respectively, so that permanent magnets 10 and the upper and lower pieces 2 of the solenoid 1 form magnetic paths. As a result, the air gap of the solenoid 1 is provided outside the coil 5. Thus, as compared with the conventional solenoid in which the main air gap of the solenoid is inside the coil 5, the armature surfaces can be made larger. In addition, there is no possibility of any obstruction to the number of turns of the coil.

(Problems with the prior art) A conventional self-holding solenoid is, for example, the Jitsukai Showa-701.
No. 50 exists and is shown in FIG. In other words, the conventional example has a main gap between the solenoid port and the fixed iron core in the coil, so if you want to increase the magnetic pole area (the outer diameter of the solenoid and the fixed iron core) and reduce the magnetic resistance of the magnetic path. If the magnetic pole area is increased, the space for winding the coil will become smaller due to the size of the outer frame, making it impossible to wind a predetermined number of turns.

(Embodiment) The present invention will be explained based on the drawings as an embodiment. In FIG. Piece 2 and
It consists of a central rod 3 connecting the upper and lower pieces 2. 4 is a winding frame of the coil 5 through which the central rod 3 is inserted, and has an inner hole 6. Reference numeral 7 denotes a middle yoke located on the left and right sides of the single-shaped solenoid 1, which includes a vertical piece 8 having upper and lower polarized surfaces 8b that face and separate from the left and right inner polarized surfaces 2b of the single-shaped solenoid 1; It has a T-shape due to the middle piece 9 protruding from the throat. Reference numeral 10 denotes permanent magnets, and four permanent magnets are located on the left and right sides, two on the top and bottom of the middle piece 9 of the T-shaped middle yoke 7, and the same poles abut each other.

Reference numeral 11 denotes upper and lower yoke pieces that connect the upper and lower parts of the permanent magnet 10 on the left and right sides. 4 shows the T-shaped yoke 7 and permanent magnet 10 located only on the right side, FIG. 5 shows the middle yoke 7 in a U-shape, and FIG. and a middle yoke 7, and in FIG. 7, the upper and lower yokes 11 are made endless by the left and right side plates 12.

Subsequently, the magnetic flux of the coil 5 is shown by a dotted line Y, first from the central rod 3 of the single-shaped solenoid 1 to the lower piece 2, the lower pole face Bb of the middle yoke 7, the vertical piece 8, and the upper liquid pole face Bb.

Therefore, when the two magnetic flux directions X and Y are in the same direction, they overlap, and when they are opposite, they repel, so in Fig. 2, the summer-shaped solenoid 1
moves upward. At this time, even if the current in the coil 5 is cut off, the current state is maintained by the permanent magnet 10. Of course, if the current in the coil 5 is reversed, the current will shift in the opposite direction.

(Effects) The present invention, as described above, passes the central rod 3 of the single-shaped solenoid 1 having the upper and lower pieces 2 through the coil 5, and connects the upper and lower inner armature surfaces 2b of the upper and lower pieces 2 to the middle yoke 7. Permanent magnets 10 are arranged so that the upper and lower polarized surfaces 8b of the vertical pieces 8 face each other, and the same poles are arranged above and below the middle yoke 7, and furthermore, the permanent magnets 10 are connected to the upper and lower pieces 2 of the single-shaped solenoid. Since the upper and lower yoke pieces 11 face the upper and lower pieces 2 of the single-shaped solenoid 1 to form a magnetic path, the air gap of the solenoid 1 is outside the coil 5, and the main air gap of the solenoid exists inside the coil 5 as in the conventional case. This has the effect that the armature surface can be made larger than that of the conventional one, and there is no problem with the number of turns of the coil.
