Abstract

PURPOSE:To connect lead wires in a shorter time by a device wherein the lead wires are shaped into such a form that insulating materials join with each other when the distal ends of connection conductors are fitted with each other by a sliding connection member. CONSTITUTION:Connection conductors 5c, 5d circular in section are housed in lead wires 3c, 3d. The distal ends of these connection conductors 5c, 5d are fitted with each other by a sliding connection member 7. An insulating material 6d is wound round the connection conductor 5c to form on its distal end insulation taping with a given inclined surface. Meanwhile, a tubular insulator 9 with a given inclined surface is inserted over the outer periphery of distal end portion of the connection conductor 5d, and then an insulating material 6e is wound round the outer periphery of the insulator 9 to form insulation taping. These two inclined surfaces have the forms joinable with each other, so that the lead wires 3c, 3d may be connected with each other just by fitting them to the connection member 7. In this way, connection of lead wires can be completed in a shorter time.

It is composed of. Further, the cylindrical insulator 9 is located at a position where the inclined cylindrical portion 91+ when the slide 1 contact 7 is fitted is connected to the tip inclined surface of the insulator 6d.
Since the inclined cylindrical portion 9b fixed to the connecting conductor 5d has a cylindrical shape, the thickness 1v is thin (although it will not be erected by the winding of the insulator 6e).

The lead wire connection device configured in the above bee is Lee-1.
If the wires 3c and 3d are simply brought closer in the axial direction and the slide contact 7 is fitted, the connection conductors 5c and 5d are reliably connected. Further, the inclined cylindrical portion -)b of the insulator 6d and the inclined cylindrical portion of the cylindrical insulator 9 join together, and at this time, the relatively soft insulator 6d is pressed against the inclined cylindrical portion 9b, so that the inclined cylindrical portion As a result of adapting to and adhering to 9b, the two are joined without any gaps, which is why -1.
The wires 3c and 3d are reliably connected while ensuring good insulation.

The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, but can also be configured as shown in FIG. 5. That is, a cylindrical insulator 10 that is slightly larger than the cylindrical insulator 9 is fixed to the connecting conductor 5C by winding the insulator 6d, and the cylindrical insulator 1
An inclined surface corresponding to the inclined cylindrical portion 10 of 0 is formed at the tip of the insulator 6e. In this way, the thickness of the insulators 5d and 5e can be made thicker than the length of the connection portion, and the length of the connection portion can be made shorter than the length of the insulators 5d and 5e.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, the work of connecting lead wires can be easily carried out in a short time without having to twist the second insulator or install a barrier as in the conventional method. Therefore, it is possible to significantly shorten the connection assembly time and avoid delaying delivery, and it is also possible to shorten the exposure time of the contents of stationary inductors such as transformers, ensuring stable high quality. It has excellent effects.
