３・・・・・・ポンプ、４，１２・・・・・・センサー
、６・・・・・・操作装置。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体圧シリンダ１のピストン１ｂがストロークエンドに
    近い位置か否かを検出するセンサー４゜１２を設け、ポ
    ンプ３から前記シリンダ１への流体供給量を、前記セン
    サー４．１２からの情報に基いてピストン１ｂがストロ
    ークエンドに近付（と自動的に減少させるための流量制
    御装置を設けた流体圧シリンダ用駆動装置であって、前
    記流量制御装置を構成するに、前記ポンプ３を可変容量
    型式のものにすると共に、前記センサー４．１２からの
    情報に基いて前記ポンプ３の吐出量を徐々に減少させる
    操作装置６を設けである事を特徴とする流体圧シリンダ
    用駆動装置。
