Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、摺動接点材料の改良に関する。
従来よ〕小型モータの整流子外周の接点片を作ゐ摺動接
点材料としては主としてはＡｇが用いられてきたが、Ａ
ｇは軟化温度が低い為、整流子の回転摺動中凝着現象が
生じ易く、接触抵抗が高く且つ不安定であるという欠点
があった。
本発明はかかる欠膚會解消すべくなされたもので、軟化
温度を高くして接触抵抗を低く安定させた摺動接点材料
を提供せんとするものである。
本発明の摺動接点材料の一つは、Ａｇ中に、ＧａＭｎ、
Ｚｒ、Ｂｌ、Ｂｅ、ＡＩ、Ｍｇ、８ｂ、ａｎ、Ｉｎ、Ｃ
ｄの少くとも一種を合計で１〜１０−添加して成るもの
である。
また本発明の摺動接点材料の他の一つは、Ａｇ中に、Ｇ
ａ、Ｍｎ、Ｚｒ、Ｂｌ、Ｂｅ、ＡＩ、Ｍｇ８ｂ、８ｎ、
Ｉｎ、Ｃｄの少くとも一種を合計で１〜１０４とＦｅ族
を０．０１〜０．５４添加して成るものである。
かかる本発明の摺動接点材料に於いて、Ａｇ中に、Ｇａ
　、Ｍｎ　、　Ｚｒ　、　Ｂ　Ｉ　、　Ｂｅ　、ＡＩ　
、Ｍｇ。
８ｂ、Ｓｎ、Ｉｎ、Ｃｄの少＜　とも−Ｗｌに合計で１
〜１０％添加するのは、ｋｇの軟化温度を高くして小型
モータの整流子の回転中外周の接点片が凝着するのを防
止し、接触抵抗を低く且つばらつきの小さい安定した奄
ＯＫする為で、ＩＷ１０未満ではＡｇの軟化温度の上昇
の効果が小ざく、接点片の凝着現象を防止できなく、１
０Ｗ１０１に超えると酸化物の生成量が多くなって、接
点片の接触抵抗が高く且つばらつきが大きくなって不安
定となるものである。
またＦｅ族ｔ−０，０１−０，５′Ｎ１０添加するのは
、結晶粒を微細化し、耐消耗性を向上させる為で、０．
０１″Ｗ１０未満では結晶粒が微細化できず、０．５−
管超えると合金せず、Ａｇ中に単体で大きな塊ｐとして
析出し、接触抵抗が高く且つばらつきが大きく不安定と
なるものである。
次に本発明による摺動ＭＡ材料と従来の摺動接点材料に
て作った小型モータの整流子外周の接点片について説明
する。
後記の表の左欄に示す成分組成の本発明の実施例であゐ
摺動接点材料と従来例の摺動接点材料にて図面に示す如
く小型モータの直径１０１．長さＩＧｍ（）整流子１の
外周に厚さ０．１ｗの接点片１ｓｔ形成し、この１１点
片１ａの外周面の上下にＡｕ−人ｇ−Ｃｕ−Ｐｔ　　系
合金より成る直径０．３　ｍ　。
長＠　ｌ　Ｏｗの３本の刷子線材２を刷子接点３を相対
向するように摺接させて、後記の試験条件にて整流子の
回転試験を行い、接廃消耗量と接触抵枳ｔＩｌ定した処
、後記の表の右横に示すような結果を得た。
試験条件 電　　　圧：　　１２ｖ 雪　　　流：　　　ＤＣ２５０ｍｔＡ 整流子の回転数：　　ｚｏｏｏｒｐｍ 整流、子の回転時間：３００時間 摺動接点の接触カニ　５　ｇ７３本 前配の表で明らかなように従来例の整流子外周の１１点
片の接点消耗量は２０〜３０μであるのに対し、実施例
の接点片の接点消耗ｉ＃：ｔ７〜１ｓ１１で、着しく少
なく耐消耗性に優れていることが判る。壇た従来例の接
点片の接触抵抗Ｆｉ２０〜３０醜Ωであるのに対し、実
施例の接点片の接触抵抗は１０〜１５ｍΩで、著しく低
く且つばらつきが小さく安定していることが判る。
以上詳記した通り本発明の摺岬接。点材料は、軟化温度
が高いので、これにより作った小型モータの整流子外周
の接点片は摺動中に凝着することがなく、接触抵抗が低
く且つばらつきが少なく安定するものである。さらにＦ
ｅ族が添加された場合には結晶粒が微細化するので、こ
れによ）作りた小塵モータの整流子外周の接点片は耐消
耗性が着しく向上する等の優れた効果がある。
