出機構を設けたキャニスタと、内部に一定温度の水を貯
える貯水タンクと、同貯水タンクに接続され電磁弁およ
び絞り弁を設けた出湯管と、同出湯管に接続されかつ上
方にある大径の上部筒中間にある中径め中部筒同中部筒
より小径で下方の下部筒の３部分を上から下へ順次積み
重ねると共に中部筒および下部筒を漏斗状斜面により上
部へ連結した攪拌混合器と、前記下部筒の下面へ接続し
た注ぎ出し口と、前記下部筒の底部にあって前記貯水タ
ンクからの水および前記粉末原料を攪拌する攪拌翼とを
有し、前記電磁弁へ接続したタイマにより前記出湯管か
ら給水を前記粉末原料を溶解攪拌するための一次給湯と
前記攪拌混合器および前記攪拌翼を洗浄するための二次
