Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively convert energy of waves into rotary energy, by mounting a circular-shaped sealed vessel to a ring-shaped float, connecting rotary vanes to a generator, providing the rotary vanes in the sealed vessel and filling a suitable amount of fluid in the sealed vessel. CONSTITUTION:A hollow circular-shaped sealed vessel 2 is mounted to floats 1. A liquid reservoir 3 is provided internally of the sealed vessel 2, and its bottom plate 4 and upper plate 5 are formed in a slope toward a center part 6, then a suitable amount of fluid 7 is filled in the liquid reservoir 3. If the floats 1 are caused repeating vertical motion by movement of waves, circulatively flowing action is caused in the fluid 7, filled in the sealed vessel 2, and a rotary shaft 8 is rotated to a fixed direction by the circulative flow. Electric power is generated by a generator 12 connected to the rotary shaft 8.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. In FIGS. 1 to gg6, C11 is a floating body formed integrally with a plurality of blocks or a ring shape, and is floating on the water surface. 21 is a circular sealed container attached to a floating body 1, and has a liquid reservoir 6 inside, and its bottom plate 4 and top plate 5 are inclined toward the center 6. 7 is filled with the liquid @5 in the sealed container 2 with an appropriate lid 7'c
Fluid. 8 is a sealing valve! 2, and is rotatably supported by bearings 9 and 10. One end of this rotating shaft 8 escapes from the sealed container 2, protrudes to the outside, and prevents mL emission 12 through an excessive speed increaser ff11.
It is connected with. 16 is an upper arm, 14 is an upper arm, and 4Ji pairs are fixed to the rotating shaft 8, forming a pair for each upper and lower arm. Reference numeral 15 denotes bearings installed near the ends of the upper and lower arms 16 and 14, and their relationship with the arms located opposite to each other with the rotating shaft 8 in between is C1, which is symmetrical with respect to the rotating shaft 8. Attached to the heart.

A vane 16 is rotated by the fluid 7 due to the movement of waves, and is rotatably supported by a bearing 15 via piers 17 and 18. This blade 16 is approximately the same as the distance between the pair of upper and lower S arms 16 and 14.
have Therefore, although the blade 16t can freely move IgJm, its rotation is restricted when it comes into contact with the upper and lower S arms 16 and 14, and is shaped like a metal.

Next Vc! I will explain about IIb work. When the floating body 1 performs an upward movement due to waves, the sealed container 2 is tilted lla, and the fluid 7 filled inside moves ft.

Here, since the bottom plate 4 and top plate 5 of the sealed container 2 are inclined toward the center portion 6, the fluid flows efficiently and reciprocating flow is performed smoothly.

Therefore, when the fluid 7 flows in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 5, each vane 16 is pushed dJJ in the direction of the liquid flow claw by the flow pressure of the fluid 7 flowing in the water direction.

Here, the blades 16 can be freely rotated between the arms located in the x1 direction with the rotating shaft 8 in between (the bearing 15 supporting this axis rotates -8
Since the blades 16-a are mounted in symmetrical positions with respect to the upper and lower arms 16 and 1,
4 prevents its rotation and stops receiving fluid pressure. On the other hand, the upper part and upper arms 16 and 14 of the wing $16-i) located on the other side are released, and the liquid fiA

Therefore, a large difference occurs in the rotational moment caused by the fluid pressure yL between the opposing blades 16-a located on one side and the blades 16-b located on the other side. The movement causes the rotating shaft 8 to rotate in a fixed direction via the blades 16.

Next, when the fluid 7 moves in the direction of arrow B in FIG. - However, the rotating shaft 8 is rotated in the same direction as when the fluid 7 moves in the claw direction by the same operation as in the above case.

Furthermore, in FIG. 7, #I8, FIG.
When the VCs are arranged radially from the blades 6, the VCs can provide the flow of the fluid 7 with directionality in a predetermined direction, and can improve the rotational efficiency of the vanes 1116.

As described above, according to the present invention, the rotating blade connected to the generator #4L is provided in the circular sealed container attached to the ring-shaped floating body, and the container is configured to be filled with a suitable amount of fluid. Therefore, due to the flow of fluid, the blades are rotated fully to generate electricity, converting the mechanical energy of the waves into rotational energy, and realizing the effect of obtaining continuous electricity.
