ハンドル６を具えた操作杆すとを前記ピン５と上記長孔
７を係合することにより連結すると共に、上記ハンドル
６の回動及阻止をゆるす係止装置Ｃを具え、上記係止装
置Ｃには該係止装置を作動するための手動ノブ８を設け
て構成したロック装置Ａを提供して上記従来の欠点を解
消したのであるが、本考案はこれにさらに改良を加えた
ものであって、ロックピン２，３が確実に車体Ｂ側のフ
ィメール２１．２２に挿入されているかどうかを確認す
ることか゛でき、かつ、ロックピン２，３自体がフィメ
ール２１．２２から抜けることを防止したより安全な補
