対応する閉成位置よりもさらに閉り側に設定してなる気
化器と、前記スロットル弁をアクセルペダルとは別途に
動作させるためのアクチュエータと、エンジン、車輪間
の動力伝達状態が断たれたのを検知した場合にのみ前記
アクチュエータを作動させて前記スロットルバルブを所
要位置で開成させるアクチュエータ制御手段とを具備し
