に伝えかつ、第3のブロックを強制的に冷却できる様に
内部にガス又は水を通ずる穴を有する第2のブロックな
らびに試料を熱的に密封する構造により試料加熱を行う
第3のブロックを相互に順次結合することを特徴とする
