  1. （１）少くとも底面に電極が形成さ杆ており、該底面の
    電極が存在しない部分が基板に接着されるチップ部品に
    おいて、底面の接着される部分の近傍には溝が形成され
    ていることを特徴とするチップ部品。
  2. （２）該溝の縁が底面の電極に接している実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のチップ部品。
