【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はロータリーレースの罫引き刃物装置に関するも
のである。

し、原木の利用率(歩留り)が極めて悪くなる欠点を有
していた。

的に著しく困難であり、而も前記刃状の罫引き刃物は、
損傷する都度取り外して再研磨しながら付設に不適な長
さとなるまでしか使用できず、少なからぬ長さを残して
廃棄せねばならないので、取り付け・取り外しに要する
手間はともかく、罫引き刃物の消耗コストと再研磨に要
するコストを合算すると、結果的に罫引きの為に要する
コストとしては割高であり、あえて前記困難性を克服し
てまで転用を図るには不向であった。

低減を図り得るようにしたものであって、その詳細を図
面と共に説明すれば次の通りである。

る駆動部材(図示省略)を備え、更にプレッシャ一部材
としての固定バー4′を、前記回転ロールの駆動部材6
の間に形成された複数個所の空間の少くとも一部(実施
例に於ては中央部の総て)に配設したロータリーレース
に装置するものであって、第1図、第2図及び第3図a
、l)からも明らかなように、原木2から削成されるベ
ニヤ単板の木口面を形成する罫引き刃物8の装着孔9を
穿設した罫引き刃物ホルダー4を、前記回転ロールの駆
動部材6の間に形成された複数個所の空間のうちの、原
木木口部付近に位置する空間に備えると共に、第1図、
第3図C及び゛第4図a、l)、cからも明らかなよう
に、刃先8″を原木2の回転方向と概ね逆方向に向けた
替刃状の罫引き刃物8を、前記罫引き刃物ホルダー4の
装着孔9へ着脱可能に装着し、該罫引き刃物8の切っ先
を常法通り切削用刃物1の刃先を通る垂直線Yよりも突
出せしめる。

も罫引きの際に生じる切削刃、押圧力等の外力によって
、ずれたり転回したりあるいは外れたりしないよう係合
されていれば良く、望ましくは他に固定用の締付は手段
を要せずに、而も着脱の容易な係合形態とするのが効果
的である。

に、刃先を原木の回転方向と概ね逆方向に向けた替刃状
の罫引き刃物を、前記罫引き刃物ホルダーの装着孔へ着
脱可能に装着して成るロータリーレースの罫引き刃物装
