バ及び油供給用の室、プランジャの外部受圧端面及び上
記のボデー内周面とで画される圧力室、この受圧面に設
けられリザーバを圧力室に導通する第２チェック弁機構
、ボデー内周とプランジャ外周よりなるリーククリアラ
ンス、このリーククリアランスを上記の油供給用の室に
通ずるためプランジャの壁に設けたポート、このポート
と導通しかつこのポートをボデニ外部に通ずるようにボ
デーの壁に設けた油供給用のポートを備え、プランジャ
の上記受圧端面と反対端部に装着されているカップを介
して隣接バルブ駆動機構要素に連動用に供してなるハイ
