Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転子に装着され直流励磁する界磁巻線と、固定子に装
    着されており交流出力を発生する電機子巻線と、全波整
    流回路を構成し上記交流出力を直流に変換して供給する
    複数組の整流装置とを備え、この整流装置は複数の整流
    素子からなり、この整流素子は、半導体チップにコンデ
    ンサが並列接続され双方が保護封止体〆より絶縁封止さ
    れてなり、上記コンデンサにより雑音を低減したことを
    特徴とする車両用発電機装置。
