[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention is useful for concrete filling when protecting and stabilizing slopes during various civil engineering works, or preventing scouring of slopes and riverbeds when constructing dams. This relates to a fabric formwork that is used by laying it down, and in particular, it can be easily formed into a protective layer with ridges that can act as a flow resistor by simply filling it with concrete, gravel, etc., adapting it to the unevenness of the construction surface. It is an object of the present invention to provide a new formwork made of fabric that is simple and easy to manufacture, transport, store, and expand, and also allows easy formation of drainage holes.

This type of fabric formwork has already been proposed in which concrete, sand, etc. are press-fitted and filled into the bag body, but many of them have a substantially smooth surface after forming. It is a formwork that can form ridges arranged in one direction, which have dispersed lumpy unevenness and also act as a flow resistance, and between the fabric spaces for forming the ridges, there are Although there has been a need for a formwork that has a joint that can serve as a filter part depending on the particle size and that can be easily produced by mechanical means, the present invention provides this formwork. It is.

A space 6 formed by the connecting portion 4 made of the two fabrics 1 and 2 and the group of squeeze wire threads 5 in the fabric form having the above structure.
When concrete, sand, etc. are pressed in and filled to fill the mold, this area swells, and the cross-sectional shape of the formwork changes from that in Figure 2 to the shape shown in Figure 3, and its external shape changes in the vertical direction as shown in Figure 4. Forms ridges lined up at regular intervals.

If the formwork according to the present invention is laid on a riverbank or the like in a direction perpendicular to the flow, and concrete or the like is pressed in and filled, the ridges will act as a resistor for the flow toward the riverbank, reducing the flow velocity near the riverbank. The effect of reducing the amount of water and preventing scour is particularly large.

As a second embodiment, in a formwork in which the fabrics 1 between the joints 4 at regular intervals are made in a looser state than the fabrics 2, that is, formed at wider constant intervals, concrete is placed in the spaces 6 between the fabrics. When sand or the like is press-fitted and filled, the fabric 1 swells to form ridges, while the fabric 2 hardly swells and has a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG.

By setting various densities of the squeeze cord 5 forming the joint part 4 in the formwork, if the density is coarse, the concrete, sand, gravel, etc. to be press-fitted will pass through the joint part 4. This causes the mold to flow and fill the adjacent space 6, and also fills the joint 4, making the entire formwork into a single plate-like piece with ridges. The connecting portion 4 acts as a filter for the filling, preventing coarse filling from flowing into the adjacent space 6, and also preventing the filling from being forced into the connecting portion 4.

Although the joints 4 in the above-mentioned embodiment are provided continuously in one direction, depending on the construction aspect of the civil engineering work, it may be appropriate to arrange them in a staggered manner as shown in Fig. 6. When this formwork swells and forms ridges by press-fitting and filling the filler, it exhibits an external shape as shown in FIG. 7.

The present invention has a tank bottom as described above, which is made of flexible and foldable fabric, and is extremely easy to manufacture, store, transport, and deploy, and can significantly improve productivity and workability. Urushi allows the protective layer formed by construction to completely adapt to the irregularities and slopes of the construction surface, and the filling material can be arbitrarily selected from concrete, gravel, and sand pipes, and moreover, it is possible to form a protective layer on the river bank after swelling. In this case, the formed ridges have a remarkable effect of slowing down the flow velocity of the river, and therefore can form a protective layer that is highly effective in preventing riverbank scouring.
By changing the shape, length, and density of the joint, the joint can be used as a filler or a filter layer for underground water, and in some cases, the joint can be used as a bent part of the protective layer. It has the effect of being able to form a unique protective layer as it adapts to partial ground subsidence after construction and can be used to form a unique protective layer, and is relatively easy to install. Moreover, it can be supplied at a low price, and construction work can be carried out easily and in a short time, which together have the advantage of lowering construction costs.
