Detailed Description of the Invention (Object of the Invention) The present invention provides a metallic feel by coating or printing a metal layer on the surface of a non-metallic product such as a plastic product, and further provides a linear or curved surface on the surface of this metal layer. Decorative scratch patterns are applied to the surface of non-metal products for the purpose of obtaining various products with a beautiful metallic luster and pattern on the surface of the metal layer with a high decorative effect. The present invention relates to a method for forming the same and a product thereof.

(Prior art) Metal plates with a beautiful luster and patterns of scratches from grindstones and brushes have traditionally been used as name plates and various display boards for electrical and mechanical products. Or stainless steel plates, etc., and all of these have the disadvantage that they are more expensive in material cost than plastics and are difficult to process.

For this reason, cheap and easy-to-process plastics were used for name plates and various display boards, and the surfaces of the plastics were plated to give a shiny metallic appearance, but plating takes a long time to process. It costs a lot of money, requires costly equipment and technology, and consumes a large amount of electricity.
It is also expensive to treat the waste liquid, which has the drawback of increasing costs and making the product expensive.

(Structure of the Invention) In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention is designed to print and apply ink or paint mixed with metal powder on the surface of non-metal products such as plastic products, wood products, ceramics, or paper products. A layer is formed and the metal layer is polished to give it a beautiful metallic luster, or the metal layer is patterned with curved or straight scratches to give a metallic feel to the non-metallic surface. Examples will be described below with improved effects.

1 and 2, a printing ink 3 made by kneading metal powder 1 such as electrolytic copper powder or aluminum powder and a vehicle 2 having a smaller specific gravity than the metal powder 1 is applied to plastics such as name plates and various display boards. A uniform printing ink film layer 5 is formed on the surface of the workpiece 4 by printing by offset printing, silk screen printing, or the like.

For example, as shown in Fig. 3, a circular pattern 7 is formed by rotating a grindstone or a brush in a concentric circle to form scratches 6, and as shown in Fig. 4, a grindstone or brush is slid in a straight line to form a circular pattern 8. A linear pattern 9 formed in a straight line, and a continuous circular pattern 11 formed by rotating a grindstone or a brush and shifting it laterally to form continuous circular scratches 10, as shown in FIG.
, an intersecting pattern 14 consisting of scratches 12 and 13 that intersect with each other as shown in FIG. 6, and a meandering pattern 15 formed by meandering scratches 15 made by moving a grindstone or brush laterally while meandering as shown in FIG. 16 mag is considered.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention forms a metal layer on the surface of any non-metallic material such as plastics, wood, ceramics, paper, etc., and processes this metal layer with a pattern using scratches. Plastic, wood, and other materials that could not be patterned
In addition to giving a metallic feel to products such as ceramics and paper, it is also possible to create patterns using scratches, and as there is no need for expensive metal materials, material costs can be reduced. If plastic is used as the material, it will be lighter and easier to process than metal.

Furthermore, if a metal layer made of metal powder of a different kind from the metal material is formed on the surface of the metal material and a pattern created by scratches is applied to the surface of the metal material, a highly decorative effect can be obtained unlike in the case of a conventional single material.

In the present invention, unlike the formation of a metal film by plating, no harmful liquids are discharged, and a metal layer can be obtained in an extremely short time.
It is extremely easy to implement because conventional printing equipment, printing technology, or painting equipment and painting technology can be used as is, and it has a great effect on reducing manufacturing costs because it does not require the large amount of electricity required for plating.
