る部分にガス抜孔を形成するとともにガス抜孔内にピン
を若干の隙間を介して収納してガス抜孔とピンとの隙間
から成形型内に閉じ込められた空気或いはガスを外部に
放出するようにしてガス焼けの防止を図るようにしてい
た。しかしながら、斯る従来構造においては、ガス抜孔
とピンとの隙間に溶融樹脂が侵入するために成形品の外
表面にパリを生ずるため仕上加工が面倒な欠点があり、
また成形条件が変化するとガス焼けが生ずる部分が移動
するから、その都度新たにガス抜孔を新設したり哉いは
予め設けるようにしなければならず、非常に製造コスト
が高くなる欠点があった。
