PURPOSE:To obtain the titled carrier that is stable and can be provided at a low cost, by arraning a photo-setting resin and a transparent pressing flat plate on a pressing mold that has contoured signals, spreading the photo-setting resin under pressing, and curing the resin from the center toward the periphery. CONSTITUTION:A mold 6 is secured on a mold securing bed 7, and a photo- setting resin 5 and a transparent base plate 6 are placed thereon. A pressing flat plate 9 is put thereon, and pressure is applied thereon by a pressing machine 8 so as to spread the photo-setting resin 5 uniformly. Then a light source 1 attached to a light source securing bed 2 is lit, and a shutter 3 is opened gradually from the center so that the photo-setting resion 5 may be gradually cured from the center toward the periphery.
