Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はスロットマシンの改良Ｋｊｌｌするものである
。
スロットマシン物に風俗営業法で規制されるスロットマ
シ／では、８個のリールがパルスモータでそれぞれ駆動
されるようになっておシ、各リール毎に設けたストップ
ボタンを順次押すことにより、リールの回転が停止する
。そして８個のリールの外周に描かれている図形が所定
の組合せになった時には、その組合せの離島度に応じた
枚数のメダルが排出される。しかし従来のストップボタ
ンではストップボタンの背後に接片を設けておき、これ
を機械的にＯＮ・ＯＦＦさせているから、故障し易いと
いう欠点があった。さらに内蔵し九マイクロコンピュー
タは、リールが定速回転に達してから、これを停止させ
ることができるようにプログラムされている。これは、
パルスモータの低速中に絵柄を見ながらストップボタン
を押すと、熟練者は殆どの場合に「当り」を得ることが
可能になってしまうからである。したがってストップボ
タンを早く押した場合には、マイクロコンピュータはこ
のストップ命令を受は付けないから、ストップボタンの
操作時とリールの停止時との間に時間的ズレが生じ、不
自然な印象を与えることになる。
本発明は上記欠点を解決するものであシ、故障が少なく
、かつストップ操作が可能な時期を表示することができ
るようにしたスロットマシンを提供することを目的とす
るものである。
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施例について鮮細に説
明する。
第１図において、スロットマシンｌは、その側部に操作
ノ・ンドル２が設けられており、これを手前に引くこと
によってリール８〜５が同時に回転する。これらのリー
ル８〜５の外周には、しレモン」、［チェＩＪ−Ｊ、ｒ
７Ｊ等の絵柄が一定の間隔で描かれており、窓６〜８を
通して各リール毎に８個の絵柄を観察することができる
。
前記リール８〜５は、ストップスイッチ（タッチセンサ
ースイッチ）９〜１１に指を触れるだけで停止させるこ
とができる。投入口１２にメダルを投入すると、操作ノ
・ンドル２のロックがマグネット等によって解除され、
ゲームを開始することができる。メダルは、横−列又は
斜め一列に所定の絵柄が並んだときに、受皿１８に排出
される。
このメダルは、投入したメダルの枚数に応じて排出され
、例えば投入したメダルが１枚のときにはとなる。なお
、通常は投入枚数毎に配当表が設けられており、投入し
たメダル数を積算して対応する配当表がランプ等によっ
て照明される。
第２図はストップスイッチを示すものである。
内筒１６に発光ダイオード１６が収納されている。この
発光ダイオード１６は絶縁性のあるホルダ１７の先端に
位置し、そのリード線がホルダ１７の穴に挿入されてい
る。このホルダ１７は発光ダイオード１６を保持した状
態で内筒１５内にねじ込まれている。
前記内筒１５の先端部の外周に絶縁性のあるスペーサ１
９が゛嵌合されておυ、このスペーサ１９の外周に外筒
２０が嵌合している。外筒２０の段部２０畠に絶縁性の
あるリング２１が嵌合されている。このリング２１は止
ネジ２２で抜は出ないように固定されている。
第８図は電気的構成を示すものである。前記ストップス
イッチ９は抵抗２４を介してインバータ２６に接続され
ている。このインバータ２５には高電位が印加されてお
り、ストップスイッチ９に指が触れると、このインバー
タ２５の出力がｒＬＪからｒＨＪとなるつインバータ２
５がｒＨＪになると、コンデンサ２６が充電され、接続
点２７の電位が上昇して所定の電位に達する。接続点２
７が所定の電位に達すると、インバータ２８の出力がｒ
ＨＪからｒＬＪに反転する。したがって、瞬間的にスト
ップスイッチ９を押した場合には、コンデンサ２６が充
電されないから、ストップスイッチ９は実質的にＯＮＬ
ない。ストップスイッチ１０、ＩＩＫも、ストップスイ
ッチ９と同様な検知回路２９．８０が設けられている。
前記操作ハンドル２を手前に引くとスイッチ８１がＯＮ
する。
またコイン８２を投入口１２に投入すると、スイッチ８
８がＯＮする。
マイクロコンピュータ８４は、スイッチ８８がＯＮし九
ときに、操作ハンドル２のロックを解除する。そしてス
イッチ８１がＯＮすると、ゲーム用プログラムが実行さ
れ、モータ制御回路８５〜８７を制御する。これらのモ
ータ制御回路８５〜８７は、周期が徐々に短くなるパル
スをパルスモータ８８〜４０に送ってこれを駆動する。
これにより、パルスモータ８８〜４０は、第４図に示す
ように、時間Ｔ１から回転を開始し、徐々に増速して時
間Ｔ２で一定速度に達する。なお、パルスモータ８８〜
４０は、脱調して停止することがある。この場合には、
モータ制御回路８５〜８７をリセットして、再び徐々に
増速する。この再スタートはマイクロコンピュータ８４
に予めプログラムされておシ、パルスモータ８８〜４０
の脱調を検知して自動的に行なわれる。
前記パルスモータ８８〜４０が定速回転に入ってから、
“時間Ｔ８になると、発光ダイオード１６゜４１．４２
が点灯する。この発光ダイオード４１はストップスイッ
チ１０に、また発光ダイオード４２はストップスイッチ
１１にそれぞれ設けられている。
発光ダイオード１６，４１．４２が点灯してから、スト
ップスイッチ９〜１１を順次押すと、バｋＸモーｆｉ８
８〜４０へのパルスの供給が阻止され、リール８〜５が
停止する。この停止したＩＪ−ル８〜５に描れている絵
柄は、窓６〜８を通して確認することができる。これら
のリール８〜５には遮光片８ａ、４ａ、５ｍがそれぞれ
設けられ呵おり、この通過が光検出器４８〜４５で検出
される。この光検出器４８〜４６の信号はマイクロコン
ピュータ８４０カウンタに送られ、これをリセットする
。このカウンタはパルスモータ８８〜４０に送られたパ
ルス数を積算し、予め分っているパルス数対絵柄の関係
から、窓６〜８に現われている絵柄が何でおるかを知る
ことができる。マイクロコンピュータ８４は横列、斜列
の絵柄の組合せを判断して、それに対するメダルの排出
数を決定する。これはメダル排出用凡ＯＭを用い、絵柄
の組合せをコード化した信号でＲＯＭをアクセスすれば
よい。マイクロコンピュータ８４はメダル排出装置４６
を制御して、所定のメダルを受皿１８に排出する。
上記構成を有する本発明は、ストップスイッチとしてタ
ッチセンサースイッチを用いたから、操点がある。また
ストップスイッチに発光体を設けだから、これを操作す
る時期を表示することが可能となり、それによりストッ
プスイッチの操作時とリールの停止時との間に誤解を生
じさせるおそれのあるタイムラグを発生させることがな
い。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. パルスモータによってリールを回転させるようにしたス
    ロットマシンにおいて、指が触れるとスイッチングする
    ストップスイッチと、このストップスイッチに収容され
    た発光体と、スロットマシンの各装置を制御するととも
    に前記パルスモータが定速回転に達してから前記発光体
    を点灯してストップスイッチを操作するように指示する
    マイクロコンピュータとからなることを特徴とするスロ
    ットマシン。
