図はホール効実装置の模式的回路図で、該装置が電力入
力源および出力増幅器および補償用オフセット回路に接
続されているものであり、第２図はホール効実装装置の
周囲の温度に対する出力信号の変化を示すグラフであり
、実線ａは定電流源、実線すは定電圧源を示す。第３図
はホール効実装置のまわりの温度の変化に対するＤＣオ
フセット利得の変化を示すグ？フであり、実線は望まみ
い平坦な応答、点線は補償された利得を示す。 第４図はホール効実装置のまわりの温度条件の変　　　
−化に対するホール効果電力入力端子の抵抗の変化を示
すグラフであり、第５図は周囲温度の変化に対するサー
ミスターの応答を示すグラフで、あり、この中白線ＲＴ

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電力源とホール効果変換器の入力との間に接続され、該
    変換器の信号利得および抵抗に応じて該変換器に対する
    電力を変化させる供給回路装置；□　　および、該変換
    器のホール効果出力に接続され、該変換器における周囲
    温度に応じて該出力を調整するための温度応答制御系を
    有して、温度の関数であるオフセット電圧の変化を打消
    すところの出力回路装置；から成ることを特徴とするホ
    ール効果変換器用温度補償回路。
