Conventionally, so-called tire chains using metal chains have been widely used as anti-slip devices for tires, but such tire chains have problems with noise, vibration, durability, etc. during handling, storage, and driving. In order to improve this, a plurality of non-slip strips made of elastic material such as synthetic resin as appropriate between the two parallel side rows 1 and with spikes for frozen roads driven into the road contact surface are arranged in a ladder shape at appropriate intervals. An anti-slip device for tires has been proposed.

This tire anti-slip device is lighter than the tire chain, so it is easy to handle, store, and carry, and since it uses an elastic anti-slip band made of synthetic resin, it reduces noise and vibration when the car is running. However, the anti-slip band of the anti-slip device for tires with this structure has some problems with traction on frozen roads. .

Furthermore, in order to solve this problem, a non-slip band having a structure in which a metal blade having an edge portion is fixed with rivets to the ground surface of the non-slip band is used for part or all of the above-mentioned tire anti-slip device. The one used for this was proposed.

However, although anti-slip belts with such a structure have good traction on icy and snowy roads, on hard roads such as concrete and asphalt, the impact of the blades on the road surface is large, and when running at 200Km to 300Kt, the blades tend to move outwards. It was inevitable that the slanted edges would wear out and eventually break.

Generally speaking, even during snowfall, roads are not always covered with frozen surfaces.
The snow surface is not continuous, but the hard road surface is exposed in various places,
As a result, the blades had the disadvantage of not being able to withstand long-distance use.

The purpose of this invention is to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its gist is that a plurality of non-slip strips are arranged in a ladder shape at appropriate intervals between two parallel side ropes, and the non-slip strips are in contact with the road surface at the center of the strip. In an anti-slip device for a tire, the blade has an edge on the side and is angled outward and upward, and is fixed to the center of the head with a rivet made of cemented carbide. A tire slip prevention device is characterized in that it is made by adhering a wear-resistant material with a hole bored therein so that the rivet head can be exposed.

以下、図面により本考案の実施例について説明する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the blade 3 is press-molded so that the edge portion 7 is inclined outward and upward, and a rivet hole 11 is drilled in the blade 3. A rivet head hole 18, which fits into the head of the rivet 20, is drilled in advance. The provided wear-resistant material 4 is firmly adhered with an adhesive, and a strip-shaped anti-slip band 1 is formed of an elastic material such as synthetic resin.

Furthermore, the wear on the anti-slip band 1 is less than the wear on the blade 3.
In some cases, only the worn blade 3 can be replaced with a new one, but in this case, the rivet 2 is removed with a drill.
In order to prevent the rivet from idling, a part of the side surface is cut as shown in Fig. 6, and the rivet hole 17 of the blade 3 is drilled to match the shape of the rivet thus cut. There is.

A washer 20 made of synthetic resin and having a concave cross section is fitted on the opposite end of the stud to which the mounting bracket 12 is attached, that is, on the side facing the tire, to prevent the head of the stud from damaging the side surface of the tire 11.

Further, the mounting bracket 12 has a structure in which it can be freely attached to and detached from the side rope 5 at several locations on the outside of the tire 11, so that the anti-slip band 1 can be easily attached to and detached from the tire 11.

The tire slip prevention device of the present invention described above has the rivet head exposed in the recessed part of the metal blade 3, and a wear-resistant material such as wear-resistant rubber 4 is firmly adhered. As shown in the figure, when the blade 3 is in direct contact with the hard road surface 22, the cemented carbide part 6 of the rivet head 9 and the wear-resistant material 4
The surfaces of the blades are in contact with each other, the impact on the road surface 22 is alleviated, and wear and tear on the blades is greatly reduced.
