[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention prevents the oil seal, which is Φ-fitted between the through hole of the case and the rotating shaft inserted into the through hole, from lifting up or from being pulled out due to thermal expansion deformation. The purpose of this invention is to form a through hole for producing the above-mentioned effect in a seal without die-casting.

In this invention, the center part of the through-hole surface of the die-cast case without die-cast molding is protruded from both sides, and an inclined surface is formed in both directions from the center part. This prevents the oil seal from floating and coming out by canceling the moving force.

以下、図面に示す実施例にもとづいて説明する。Hereinafter, a description will be given based on the embodiments shown in the drawings.

For the hole surface 3a of the through hole 3, the central part of the wall of the case or its vicinity on the left and right sides (that is, the middle part of the wall thickness) is used as a reference line A for positioning the upper and lower molds during die casting molding. The direction is inclined toward both the left and right sides to form an inclined surface B to form a draft.

The sealing member 6 of the oil seal 4 is in its natural position as shown in FIG. 2, but when in use, the inner circumference 6a and outer circumference 6b of the sealing member 6 deform as shown in FIG. 2. Closely contacts the hole surface 3a of the case.

In the conventional oil seal fitting part, the distribution of pressure F when the oil seal is press-fitted is affected by the press draft of the oil seal ring, the slope created by drilling the case through-hole when the seal member of the oil seal is press-fitted, etc. Curve P in Figure 3
As shown in the figure, the oil seal may float or come out due to unevenness and unstable imbalance of the left and right moving forces.

According to the present invention, the distribution of pressure F when the oil seal is press-fitted is uniform, as shown by curve Q in Figure 4, and reaches its maximum at the reference line position near the center of the seal member. The lateral movement force due to internal stress is canceled, and the oil seal can be prevented from floating and being pulled out.

Furthermore, in order to prevent the oil seal from floating and coming out, the present invention makes the approximately central part of the through hole protrude toward the center of the through hole. Since A is set at approximately the center of the hole surface 3a and the diameter of the through hole at the reference line A position is minimized, the present invention can be achieved with an unprocessed die-cast case without requiring additional machining after die-cast molding. The oil seal is firmly fitted between the rotating shaft and the die-cast case's through-hole without any machining, in an unprocessed die-cast case that simplifies the manufacturing process and reduces manufacturing costs. The effect of the present invention is remarkable in unprocessed die-cast cases.
