Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively prevent the occurrence of great vibration in the early period of the rotation of a rotary tank by a method in which the height of the first resistance portion is set to the midway of the inside of an annular chamber and that of the second resistance portion is set to the inside ceiling of the annular chamber. CONSTITUTION:At the startup of rotation, the whole of liquid W receives rotation force at a projected portion 12 and a shield plate portion 13 and ready to move in the direction of arrow 15. However, the liquid is divided into two directions, as shown by arrows 15a and 15b, near the projected portion 12, the liquid flow in the direction of arrow 15a is mostly direction in the opposite direction (partly directed to sideway through which it rides on the projected portion 12) by the shield plate portion 13 and the second vertical wall 12b of the projected portion 12 and collided on the liquid advancing in the direction of arrow 15b, whereupon its advancing speed is abruptly lowered. Thus, the liquid W follows the rotation of the rotary tank 4 to suppress the incurrent of vibration due to the difference in rotation between it and the rotary tank 4.

For example, in conventional dewatering/washing machines, a liquid balancer is attached to the rotating tub to prevent the rotating tub from vibrating abnormally due to uneven distribution of laundry, that is, unbalanced load during spin-drying. There is. This liquid balancer currently encloses the body in the case, and when unbalanced vibration occurs, the liquid moves in the opposite direction to the unbalanced load position 1i near, which acts to reduce the unbalance. In a liquid balancer, when the rotating tank begins to rotate, six resonance points (usually 1 to 1) unique to the wobbling vibration system are detected.
(which exists within a range of approximately 3 Hz), a speed difference or deviation occurs between the rotation of the current case and the rotation of the liquid itself in the circumferential direction, and this causes the liquid itself to become unbalanced near the resonance point of approximately IC 5 Hz. This could become a load and induce large torsional vibrations in the rotating tank.

In order to alleviate this liquid balancer, in the current case, in the case, that is, in the annular chamber, a resistor is placed on the inner bottom surface so as to leave a liquid passage gap between the inner and outer diameter surfaces and the ceiling surface. The structure was designed to restrict free movement of the liquid within the ring a' chamber. However, this cannot apply rotational force to the liquid in the liquid passage gap as described above, and a speed difference occurs between the annular case and the liquid, which tends to induce vibrations due to the liquid near resonance. It became. To prevent this, the liquid passage gap can be made small to provide a large resistance to the rapid movement of the liquid, but in this case, once the resonance point is passed, the liquid will move in the opposite direction to the unbalanced load position. There was a drawback that there was a large amount of resistance when moving rapidly, and the rise time of the unbalance absorption effect was frightening.

Inside this annular case 9, a liquid W such as a saline solution is sealed as a balancer, and several resistors (411) are installed vertically on the inner bottom surface so as to partition the inside of the current chamber 10 in the circumferential direction. This resistor 11 consists of a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped hollow bulge 12 and a shielding plate 13. Among these, the bulge 1 has a bottom wall of the annular chamber 10 that is connected to its outer peripheral area A and the circumferential area. It is formed into a shape that sieves over a predetermined region B in the direction, and rises from the inner bottom surface to the ceiling surface at the intermediate position of the above-mentioned type QB of the bulging portion 12 from the shielding plate portion 13t, and It has a shape that is continuous with the vertical plane and the inner circumferential wall in the annular chamber 10.The height of the swelling interior 12 is larger than that of the enclosed liquid W.
The liquid level is set at a value slightly higher than the liquid level, that is, the height is set halfway within the annular chamber 10. Here, the direction of rotation of the rotating tank 4 is indicated by arrow 1.
In the case of four directions, during the rise of the bulge 12,
A vertical plane extending from the outer circumferential wall in the annular chamber 10 in a direction across the chamber 10 is a first vertical plane 12a, and a vertical plane bent from the middle thereof to extend approximately in the circumferential direction is a second vertical plane 12.
kl, and these first and second vertical surfaces 12a11
2kl together form a first resistance part, and the shielding plate part 15 extending from the circumferentially extending portion of the second vertical surface 12b in a direction across the annular chamber 10 and ending at its inner circumferential wall serves as a second resistance part. There is. Further, in the outer peripheral wall of the annular chamber 10, the bulging portion 1
The region higher than 2 is defined as a medium flow path 10a in which the liquid W can flow continuously in the circumferential direction.

Next, the action of the above-mentioned phosphoric acid will be explained. The inside of the --shaped chamber 10 is formed by the bulging part 12 and the shielding plate part 13 to form a medium seed passage 10a.
Since the other parts are shielded in the circumferential direction, the entire liquid W receives a force to rotate at the same time as the rotating tank 4 starts rotating. In such a case, as mentioned above, the liquid tends to move causing an unbalanced load, and if the force to suppress the moving liquid is insufficient, as is the case in the present case, the gap between the rotation of the rotary tank and the liquid will be reduced. A large amount of liquid cypress moves within the annular chamber due to a rotation difference, which causes a large amount of vibration. At this time, the liquids ripple and collide with each other,
Originally, these energies are minute, and the centrifugal force caused by the amount of liquid deviation is the main cause of vibration. On the other hand, according to this embodiment of the present invention, at the start of rotation, the entire liquid W is subjected to a rotational force by the bulging part 12 and the shielding plate part 15,
Although it tries to move in the direction of arrow 15 in FIG.
2, the liquid flow is divided into bidirectional liquid streams shown by arrows 15a and 15b, and the liquid flow of arrow 151L is mostly directed in the opposite direction by the shielding plate part 13 and the second vertical surface 12b of the bulging part 12 (partly in the bulging part (The direction can be changed horizontally so that it looks like it is climbing up to 12)
The direction is changed and the liquid collides with the liquid traveling in the direction of the arrow 15b, causing a rapid decrease in its traveling speed. Therefore, at the beginning of the rotation of the rotating tank 4, the liquid is moved to the arrow 1 due to the rising and falling acceleration.
51), the first vertical surface 12 of the bulging portion 12 moves at high speed in the direction
If the liquid W collides with the first vertical surface 12a of the bulging portion 12, a standing wave that is one of the causes of unbalance is generated in the liquid W. It is possible to effectively prevent the liquid WK from being generated or the liquid W from exceeding the bulging portion 12 in a large amount and causing an unbalanced load. In other words, the liquid W follows the rotation of the rotating tank 4, and suppresses the occurrence of vibrations due to the difference in rotation between the rotating tank 4 and the rotation of the rotating tank 4. On the other hand, as the rotational speed of the rotating tank 4 gradually increases and passes the jHz resonance point, the donor body W gradually begins to shift so that the outside of the annular chamber 10 is at the liquid level, and the
When the frequency exceeds Hz, the liquid level becomes almost vertical as shown by the two dots and one line 16 in FIG. −
The medium can be moved quickly and in a large amount in the opposite direction through the medium θte passage 10a, and a rapid unbalance absorption effect can be achieved.

In particular, in this embodiment, since the shape of the resistor 11 is made symmetrical in the direction of the circle IM, the same effect as that at the time of starting can be obtained even during the transition period when the rotary cylindrical member 4 is about to stop.

Next, the second fruit of the present invention will be explained with reference to Fig. 2g5 and Fig. 6, in which the same parts as in Fig. 4 are given the same reference numerals. -th resistance part 19 is connected to the first vertical surface 12a and the second vertical surface 1.

When the rotation speed of the rotating tank 4 exceeds the resonance rotation speed, the inclined surface 10b
The ball is positioned in the medium flow path 10a by the force of the force, and the ball balancer effect is exerted in that the vibration amplitude is brought together at the unbalanced load position and at the opposite position along this path until the vibration amplitude becomes zero. During this period, the liquid W does not exert a liquid balancer effect because the amplitude of the 4 fluctuations is zero.If the amount of unbalance is such that it cannot be absorbed by the ball balancer effect, The several bodies W exhibit an unbalance absorbing effect due to the scattering balancer effect.

Therefore, according to the third embodiment, the liquid W and the sphere 25 share the unbalance absorbing action for different ranges of unbalance amounts, so the unbalance suction 11Y effect is effective for wide range of unbalance shorts. The height of the bulging part 12 as the first resistance part is set to the annular chamber 1.
The fact that the ball is set to 6, which is halfway within 0, makes it possible to add the ball balancer function as described above.
