端部を支承させることでカウンターの前面外方へ斜めに
立上る状態から該カウンターの下部前面に沿って垂直に
立上る状態の範囲で回動可能に突設される脚支柱と、こ
の脚支柱を垂直立上り状態となる方向に回動偏倚すべく
弾圧する復帰用スプリングと、上記脚支柱上端に取付け
られ該脚支柱の傾斜立上り状態において人間が腰掛は得
ると共に該脚支柱の垂直立上り状態べの回動に伴いカウ
ンターの甲板下側凹部に納まる座体とからな゛るカウン
