DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an automatic counting device that counts a predetermined number of items of the same weight such as small parts that are mass-produced and automatically performs packaging, packaging, etc. The vibration state is controlled by a scale using a circuit and an output signal from the scale (In addition to the IP transfer plate, an auxiliary transfer plate based on the concept of a parts feeder is combined to enable quick and accurate counting. ◇ Assembled parts such as small nails, screws, bolts, nuts, washers, etc. or electronic components such as transistors are usually shipped in a predetermined number in returnable boxes or packaging containers. If you do it manually, it takes a lot of time and is prone to counting errors, making it difficult to keep up with mass production.

Therefore, we combined a scale using various electronic circuits with a hopper and a diaphragm, and controlled the vibration of the diaphragm using the output signal from the scale in terms of weight to automatically count these shed parts. If the device is used
Ru. However, in conventional devices of this type, a large number of articles are continuously ejected from the diaphragm onto the scale, and the scale can only detect the weight of the articles that have fallen onto the scale. It has its shortcomings. Depending on the product, this may be considered a kind of service, but for expensive electronic parts, etc., it will be a loss of profit, and the number of products in each package will vary, so in the case of automatic assembly, etc. It is difficult to determine whether a part was present or if it was forgotten to be installed, which is a serious problem. In order to avoid this problem, if a certain number of parts is less than the predetermined number, the output signal from the scale will be You can reduce the frequency and amplitude of the diaphragm by changing the size of the diaphragm.
In the series installation, efforts have been made to stop the vibration of a large-capacity diaphragm at that point, but the number of diaphragms still tends to exceed 4C/(unavoidable oscillation). The present invention has the above-mentioned drawbacks. This method solves the problem and accurately counts a predetermined number of articles by weight conversion. The details will be explained below based on an embodiment shown in the drawings.

(The selector switch (37) is in the SET position). Each of the above operations only needs to be performed once before counting and packaging the articles. On the other hand, the symbol (3P) in the figure is a number display device.0 Next, when the changeover switch (37) is set to the ME position, the difference calculation/output device (38) is connected to the storage/calculation device (33) and the input setting device ( 36), the output signals (St), (Sg), (Sl) for driving the nokibrator are generated.

As a result, the items were successively placed into the packaging container ■ placed on the mounting table (31), and the load (■) increased, but the number of items was checked by the memory and calculation device and reached 450 items. Next, with the mounting table (31) stationary, the storage/calculation device C33)K accurately calculates the number of items in the packaging container (6), and the difference calculation/output device (38) calculates the number of items to 500. Calculate the required number of pieces (for example, 10 pieces) up to the point where the auxiliary conveyance plate (5) and -next conveyance plate (2) (or the auxiliary conveyance plate (5)
The vibrator drive output signals (Sl) and (S, ) (or (Ss)) are emitted so as to vibrate and drive the vibrator (step B).This auxiliary conveyance plate (5) is used to align the articles as described above. Since the articles (1) are accurately ejected one by one, the photodetector (6) counts the number of ejected items, and when the required number has been counted, the drive signal (S,
)・(St) (or (S, )), the packaging container ■
It turns out that exactly 500 items were placed inside. In addition, an exclusion plate QO is provided below the photodetector (6), and immediately after the photodetector (6) has counted the required number, the drive signal (S4) is output from the difference calculation/output device (38). By displacing the exclusion plate Q1 as shown by the chain line in Figure 2, even if there is an article to be discharged after the 11th article (in the above example), that article will fall into the surplus article container (In) and be disposed of in the packaging container. ■ The detection position of the light detection device (6) may be above or below the one shown in the figure.Continuing, the output from the difference calculation/output device (38) is sent to step C. The push rod (9) is driven by the output signal (Ss) to place the next empty container on the scale, and the container containing a predetermined number of items is placed on the scale by the belt conveyor (8). The scale is sent to the process, and the same operation is repeated and repeated.Yes, in the above example, the scale mounting table (31
) is equipped with roller bearings to facilitate the movement of the packaging container (6), but depending on the method of container movement, it may be smooth. The configurations of (36) to (38) are not limited to the above examples, and the point is that once a certain number of articles smaller than a predetermined quantity are discharged into the scale or a container placed on the scale, the supply is stopped. Any device may be used as long as the material is stopped and then the product is discharged and supplied while being counted one by one using a photodetector or other detection means. Therefore, in the above example, the number input to the input setting device may be two types, 500 and around 480, and the step of reducing the amplitude and frequency may be omitted. Further, in order to transfer a large amount of articles, it is preferable to provide three or more series of transfer plates.

Furthermore, when an article is small and lightweight, variations in the weight of the packaging container become a problem, so a circuit that automatically subtracts the tare weight may be provided, or the auxiliary conveyance plate (5) may be replaceable depending on the shape of the article. It is also possible to freely modify the sensitivity of the scale, such as by making it possible to change the sensitivity of the scale to several levels depending on the predetermined number and weight of articles.

As explained above, the apparatus of the present invention has at least one vibrating conveyor plate installed between a scale that counts a predetermined number of articles of the same weight in terms of weight based on the weight of a reference number of articles and a hopper that stores the articles. A main conveyor plate for mass transfer and an auxiliary conveyor plate to line up and send articles one by one every day.
In addition, a detection device is installed near the drop port of the auxiliary conveyance plate to count each article released from the auxiliary conveyance plate, so that the number of items discharged from the conveyance plate approaches the predetermined number. In such cases, since the items are counted before they reach the VC on the scale, there is no delay in counting, and the packaging and boxing operations of the items can be carried out extremely quickly, and a predetermined number of items can be reliably counted without excess or deficiency. Therefore, loss due to count and decrease in reliability due to variation in the number can be prevented, and unnecessary re-checks are no longer required in automatic assembly, etc., which is extremely meaningful.
