Conventionally, sludge generated from water treatment plants and sewage treatment plants has generally been treated by solar drying or mechanical dehydration, but solar drying requires a large amount of land; In the case of mechanical dehydration, the amount of cake after dehydration increases due to the addition of flocculants such as slaked lime, and this increase in the amount of cake disposed of eventually leads to environmental damage.
In addition, when the properties of the sludge change depending on the season, processing conditions must be changed accordingly, which is a problem.

When a screw as shown in the figure is used as the discharge means 2 for the sludge concentrate A1, the coriander 12 formed on the floor 11 of the sludge treatment tank 1 is a groove-shaped coriander into which the screw can be fitted loosely. Therefore, it is desirable to improve the efficiency of discharging sludge concentrate by the screw, but it does not necessarily have to be a groove shape like this. It can also be used as a coriander that converges.

In addition, the discharge means 2 provided for the coriander 12 has a discharge efficiency,
From the viewpoint of installation workability, simplification of the device, etc., the screw shown in the figure is a typical example, but it goes without saying that other scrapers, scrapers, etc. can also be used.

When there is one disk block 3 or two disk blocks 3 as shown in the figure, it is sufficient to provide one each of the coriander 12 and the discharge means 2, but when there are a large number of disk blocks 3, for example, Of course, it is necessary to provide as many as the number and processing capacity.

It is constructed from a synthetic resin low-foamed material in order to reduce weight and power consumption, and the foam is selected to have a hydrophilic surface that can well adsorb water in the sludge. It goes without saying that it should be done.

Regarding the thickness, diameter, mutual spacing, etc. of the rotary disk 31..., the scale of the device, the blower 4...
It may be determined as appropriate, taking into account the output of the styrene foam and the frame, but for example, when adopting the rotary screw 31 made of low styrene foam, the thickness is usually about 3. The diameter is about 1.5 to 2.5 m, and the mutual spacing is about 2 to 5 cm.

There are no particular restrictions on the rotation direction or rotation speed of the disc blocks 3, but when arranging two disc blocks 3 as shown in the illustration, By adopting a counter rotation in which the rotary reach disk in the right block is rotated to the right and the rotary reach disk in the left block is rotated to the left, convection is caused in the sludge bath A. It is desirable that the sludge concentrate A1 is quickly collected in the coriander 12.

The roof 6 covering the sludge treatment tank 1 is made of a transparent or semi-transparent corrugated sheet made of synthetic resin with excellent lighting and strength, to prevent rainwater from entering and to let in sunlight. By preventing the release of thermal energy, it is preferable to effectively utilize the energy for water evaporation.

As for the sludge supply pipe 7, only the main pipe 71 is sufficient, but as shown in the figure, two branch pipes 72 (preferably a closed end pipe with a plurality of downward discharge holes) are used. is piped to both left and right ends of the floor 11 of the treatment tank 1. By intermittently supplying sludge from these branch pipes 72, the sludge concentrate deposited on the floor 11 is transferred to the central coriander pipe. This is to ensure that the water is quickly collected by the 12th.

In the processing apparatus of the present invention having the above configuration, first,
Sludge generated in a water purification plant or a sewage treatment plant is supplied through the main pipe 71 of the sludge supply pipe 7 into the sludge treatment tank 1 until it is almost full, and the motor M is driven to supply the task block 3.
When ... is continuously rotated and air is blown from a blower, the rotary disk 31 ... rotates with sludge attached to its immersed portion, and the attached sludge is exposed from the sludge amount A. In between, the exposed portion of the rotary disk 31 is forced to evaporate moisture by contact with the air sent from the blower 4 to the exposed portion of the rotary disk 31. Since the blowers 4 are disposed on the side of the disk block 3, the air sent from the blower 4 flows along the plate surface of each rotary disk 31. It evenly contacts the sludge adhering to ... and efficiently promotes water evaporation, and eventually the sludge concentrate A1 comes to be concentrated and precipitated on the floor 11 of the treatment tank 1.

特に、前述の如き処理槽1を覆う屋根6を設けた場合に

In particular, when a roof 6 is provided to cover the processing tank 1 as described above, the evaporation efficiency is greatly improved since moisture evaporation is performed not only by air blowing but also by solar heat.

Due to this water evaporation, the amount of sludge in the treatment tank 1 decreases quite rapidly, but this amount is replenished from time to time through the main pipe 71 and branch pipes 72 of the sludge supply pipe, so that the sludge is always almost full. It is preferable to perform the water evaporation treatment continuously so that the condition is maintained.

Since the floor 11 of the sludge treatment tank 1 is sloped, the settled sludge concentrate A1 naturally moves toward the coriander 12 in the center along the slope and collects on the coriander 12.

In particular, as mentioned above, two task blocks 3 are arranged, the rotary disk of the right block is rotated clockwise, and the rotary disk of the left block is rotated counterclockwise to generate convection in the sludge amount A, and In the case where two branch pipes 72 are disposed at both left and right ends of the sludge concentrate A1 and sludge for replenishment is supplied from the branch pipes along the floor surface, the sludge concentrate A1 is sent to the coriander 12. Focusing is performed more quickly.

When the sludge concentrate A1 thus collected on the coriander 12 reaches a certain amount, it is discharged to the outside of the treatment tank 1 by the discharge means 2. However, when a screw as shown in the figure is used as the discharge means 2, water evaporation treatment is necessary. All you have to do is turn the screw with the motor M1 while performing the process, open the cover 15 of the discharge port 14, and take out the sludge concentrate vIJA1 from there. In this way, the water evaporation process is interrupted, the treatment tank 1 is emptied, and the sludge concentrate is removed. There are advantages such as high efficiency since there is no need to discharge A1, compactness, and easy installation.

The treatment device of the present invention efficiently evaporates water in sludge as described above and quickly separates and discharges sludge concentrate, and does not require any flocculants such as slaked lime.
Therefore, there are no problems such as environmental disturbance due to an increase in the amount of cake or an increase in the amount of cake processed as seen in conventional mechanical dehydration methods, and the equipment itself is compact despite its large evaporation processing capacity. Therefore, there is no need to secure a large amount of land as seen in the conventional solar drying method, and it is lightweight, so it consumes less power and is extremely economical. This is extremely useful as an evaporation treatment device.
