Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, convex portions with an inverted U-shaped cross section are formed at predetermined intervals on the same side of a thin sheet steel plate 1 to form fin-like overhangs. 1a, the upper and lower edges 1b of the overhanging portion 1a are pressed together and sealed by arc welding or the like, and the inside of the overhanging portion is formed into an overhanging oil chamber to form the radiator 2.

When configuring the tank as described above, if the cross-sectional shape of the tank is circular or polygonal with rounded corners, the entire circumference of each side plate 3a, 4a of the upper flange 3 and lower bottom plate 4, or R at the corner (one curve)
Therefore, if the flat part 1c of the heat sink 1 that joins this R part is flat, a gap 5 will be created between these joint parts as shown in FIG. 2, and it will be extremely difficult to weld this joint part. There is also a problem with welding strength.

Therefore, conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 8, a rounded part is provided on the flat part 1c of the heat sink 1 over the entire upper and lower width, and both upper and lower edges 1d of this rounded part are connected to the side 3a of the upper flange 3 and the lower part. They are closely joined and fixed by welding to the side edges 4a of the bottom plate 4, respectively.

For example, when it comes to forming the heat sink 1 for a circular tank,
As shown in FIG. 8, the heat dissipation plate 1 is clamped to the R-forming lower mold drum 8, and the drum 8 is rotated one pitch at a time on the inverted U-shaped convex part, and the R-forming outer mold 7 is lowered at each pitch to dissipate heat. An R portion was provided over the entire width of the flat portion 1c of the plate 1 in the upper and lower directions.

For this reason, the upper and lower R molding molds 8 and 7 are required for the width of the heat sink 1, which increases the size of the drive device. Because of the curved radius, the lower mold 8 is

In addition, if the removed heat sink 1 is left alone, it becomes bulky and becomes circular together with the overhanging portion 1a as shown in FIG.
It was difficult to load the heat sinks together, and even when they were placed side by side, the space factor was poor, requiring a large space for storage, and it was difficult to transport them.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks and is characterized by the provision of locally rounded portions at both upper and lower ends of the flat portion of the heat sink that contacts the curved sides of the upper flange and the lower bottom plate. As is clear from the above description, the present invention is an oil-filled electrical device constructed by abutting and fixing both upper and lower ends of a flat part between an inverted U-shaped convex part of a heat sink to each side of an upper flange and a lower bottom plate. In the tank, the flat part of the inverted U-shaped convex part of the heat dissipation plate corresponding to the curved part on each side is partially curved at both the upper and lower ends, so that each side and the heat dissipation R-forming can be easily performed using a smaller molding machine than before without impairing the adhesion between the curved parts of the flat plate parts.

In addition, the heat sink after curve molding remains in the straight shape before molding instead of being curved as in conventional methods, so it is not bulky and can be easily removed from the molding machine, and furthermore, the heat sink itself can be stored easily.・It requires a small space for transportation, which can significantly reduce these costs.
