In other words, as a safety device for this type of automatically opening/closing folding door, for example, a hollow door tip member made of an elastic material such as rubber is provided at the door tip portion, an air pipe is connected to this, and air pressure changes inside the hollow portion of the door tip are used to control the safety device. A device has been proposed that detects abnormal external force applied to the door edge member, but this naturally requires expensive equipment such as an air tank, near compressor, and air pressure detection device, and furthermore, it requires the use of expensive equipment such as an air tank, a near compressor, and an air pressure detection device. There was a difficulty in effectively detecting the abnormal external force applied to the opening/closing operation.

The present invention has been devised in view of these points, and one embodiment of the invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Figures 1 and 2 show a boarding gate 2 for a train 1, and a pair of automatically opening/closing folding doors on the left and right sides of the boarding gate 2. 3, 3, and when the entrance 2 is opened, each folding door 3, 3 is folded into a two-fold position as shown in the imaginary line in Figure 2, and when the entrance 2 is closed, the folding door 3, 3 is folded in the direction shown by the solid line from the above-mentioned two-fold position. It is configured to be extended.

The present invention is applicable to such folding doors 3 and 4 as shown in Fig. 3 and 4.
As shown in the figure, a door tip member 6 consisting of an elastic material 4 such as rubber and a metal frame 5 integrated with the elastic material is manufactured independently from the folding door body 7, and this door tip member 6 is attached to a spring hinge 8. (A helical spring is integrally wrapped around the pivot part of the hinge)
It is pivotally connected to the folding door body 7 via the folding door body 7, and at this time, the pivot point of the door tip member 6 comes to a position offset toward the passenger compartment from the virtual center plane 9 passing through the door tip 6' of the door tip member 6. In this way, the spring hinge 8 is installed between the door tip member 6 and the folding door body 7 closer to the inside of the entrance/exit, and the door tip member 6 is always attached to the spring hinge 8.
The door tip member 6 is brought into contact with a stopper plate 11 fixed with screws 10 on the indoor side of the folding door body 7 by the spring force, so that the door tip member 6 is positioned on the same plane as the folding door body 7, and the above-mentioned The door tip member 6 is configured to independently swing in the direction outside the entrance/exit room with respect to the folding door body 7 when an abnormal external force such as a foreign object being caught in the door tip member 6 is applied against a spring force, A switch means 12 such as a microswitch is buried in the door end surface of the folding door body 7 in correspondence with the door end member 6, and when the door end member 6 swings toward the outdoors due to an abnormal external force, the door end member 6 The microswitch 12 is input by.

Note that 13 is a drainer extending from the folding door body 7, and the drainer 13 prevents rainwater from entering between the folding door body 7 and the door tip member 6.

Therefore, when the folding doors 3, 3 are extended in the direction shown by the solid line from the folded position shown by the imaginary line in FIG. When the baggage 14 is inserted into the folding door, a force A is exerted on the door tip member 6 of the folding door in an oblique direction from the indoor side to the outdoor side.

In other words, since the folding door 3 moves while expanding and contracting in a dogleg shape, the abnormal external force A applied to the door tip member 6 is almost the same as the second one.
As shown in Figures 6 and 4, the force is received from the tip 6' of the door tip member 6 closer to the indoor side and is applied to the door tip member 6 as a diagonal force toward the outdoor side. 3, the spring hinge 8 between the door tip member 6 and the folding door body 7 is installed closer to the inside of the entrance/exit, so that the above-mentioned abnormal external force A is applied as shown in FIG. 4. The direction and the swinging direction of the door tip member 6 are substantially the same, so that the door tip member 6 operates effectively against abnormal external force.

When the door tip member 6 swings, it is input to the microswitch 12, and this input electric signal is received by the folding door opening/closing drive device (not shown) to emergency open the folding doors 3, 3 to the imaginary line folding position, thereby safely It will function as a device.

As described above, according to the present invention, the door tip member of an automatically opening/closing folding door is shaped to swing horizontally independently of the folding door body, and an abnormal external force is applied to the door tip member as the folding door closes. Then, the door tip member is swung against the spring member, and
By detecting this rocking with a switch and inputting this detection signal to, for example, a folding door opening/closing drive device to open the folding door in an emergency manner, the structural It is extremely simple and can be manufactured at low cost.

In particular, according to the present invention, in order to provide the swing fulcrum of the horizontally swinging door end member at a position offset toward the passenger compartment from the virtual center plane passing through the door tip of the door end member, the door end member is attached to the door end member. The door tip member swings in the same direction as the direction of the abnormal external force, which has the effect of better detecting the abnormal external force.

In this regard, conventional configurations that use air pressure work well for linearly operated types such as automatic opening/closing doors, as the door receives abnormal external force at the tip of the door. There is a drawback that the door does not operate effectively when the door member is extended and contracted and receives the abnormal external force closer to the indoor side than the tip of the door tip member.
