    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 正特性サーミスタ素体を絶縁板に接着し、この絶縁板を
    第１の金属ケースに接着し、この第１の金属ケースと正
    特性サーミスタ素体と絶縁板とで形成される空間部に封
    着材料を挿入し、その全体を前記第１の金属ケースの絶
    縁板を接着した面が放熱面となるように第２の金属ケー
    スまたは金属板に接着し、第２の金属ケースの開口部に
    前記金属板を適宜な手段により一体化した構造の定温発
    熱体。
