  1. 両主平面に電極が形成されかつこの両主平面の外周部に
    突出部が突設された正特性サーミスタと、この正特性サ
    ーミスタの前記電極が形成された主平面に接着剤により
    固着された金属製の放熱体とを備え、前記正特性サーミ
    スタの突出部により前記放熱体の一部を覆う構成とした
    正特性サーミスタ発熱体。
