PURPOSE:To prevent dust on the floor of a cab compartment from scattering, by discharging and dispersing water from the openings of water supply/discharge passages formed in the floor, to water absorbing plates sumps for storing/discharging dust containing water. CONSTITUTION:Water supply/discharge passages 2 are formed in the left and right sides of a compartment floor, and are formed with openings 3. Sumps 4 for storing/discharging dust containing water are arranged below the left and right passages 2, and draining boards 21 formed with water dropping holes 9 and water absorbing plates 8 are also arranged above the sumps 4.
