Figure 1 shows a packaging box currently used for packaging motorcycles. This packaging box consists of a base frame 1 and a lower styrofoam 2 piece placed on the base frame 1 as shown in Figure 2. On the same side as the wooden square support 3 disposed on the four corners of the base frame 1 and extending upward, and the horizontal crosspiece 4 connecting the upper parts of the horizontal support 3, 3, The upper crosspiece 5, which is suspended over a pair of rectangular supports 3 (one not shown) located in the longitudinal direction, the upper polystyrene foam 6 disposed on the horizontal crosspiece 4, and the base frame 1 are excluded. It consists of a covering case body 7 made of cardboard and a band 8 that tightens these together.

In addition, the horizontal beam 4 has a recess 9 at the top of the square support 3 as shown in FIG.
The rectangular struts 3, 3 are integrally connected by fitting the end into the recess 9 and fixing this end to the rectangular support 3 with a nail 10. The rectangular supports 3, 3 are located at the front and rear (both ends in the longitudinal direction) of the packaging box shown in FIG. 1 to support the load of other packaging boxes stacked on top of the packaging box.

In this case, the other end 15b of the pillar support 15 is disposed above the upper end of the pillar 12 and parallel to the end surface thereof.
At the same time, a gap 16 is formed between the column support 15 and the column 12, and a gap 17 is formed therebetween by slightly separating the column receiver 15 and one side of the column 12.

Each end of the upper crosspiece 18 is brought into contact with a frame A (one not shown) arranged at the front and back of the packaging box in the longitudinal direction, and each piece 18b at both ends is brought into contact with each frame. By fitting into the gap 17 of A, both measuring parts at the upper end of frame A (not shown) located at the front and rear parts of the packaging box in the longitudinal direction are displaced relative to each other in the longitudinal direction. Also, by fitting the piece 19b into the gap 17, the piece 19b comes into contact with the side 12a of the support column 12.
Both frames A are prevented from being tilted and crushed by external forces applied in the longitudinal direction.

In the present invention, an upper crosspiece is placed over the upper end of the frame body positioned in the longitudinal direction of the packaging box, and pieces protruding from the lower surface of both ends of the upper crosspiece are provided on the upper part of the frame body. By fitting into the gap, the upper ends of both frames are prevented from relative displacement, so even if a back and forth rocking load is applied to the packaging box, the packaging box is prevented from tilting back and forth. It is possible to effectively prevent the packaging boxes from collapsing, thereby allowing more packaging boxes to be stacked than in the past.

Moreover, since the upper and lower parts of the pair of horizontally located columns are integrally connected by the horizontal crosspiece, the packaging box can maintain sufficient strength against the load in the lateral direction of the packaging box. .

Further, since the frame and the upper crosspiece can be easily connected by simple fitting, the frame and the upper crosspiece can be assembled to the packaging box very easily.

In addition, since the struts, horizontal beams, stopper members, etc. are formed from steel plates having a cross section, there is an advantage that they can be easily manufactured by simply cutting one long member.
