Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、油の流出、拡散防止方法に関する。
従来、油の流出事故が起きたような場合、その処理方法
としては吸油マットにより吸油したり、凝集剤を使用し
て凝集沈殿ボせたり、あるいはシート状のオイルフェン
スで凹線する等の方法によって行っていた。しかしなが
らこれら従来法はいずれも一長一短があり満足のいく方
法とは云えなかった。
本発明者は、これら従来の欠点を解決すべく種々研究を
重ねた結果本発明を完成したものである。
すなわち、本発明ｅま、多重ネット状物を水面および／
またはその近傍部に展張して該多重ネット状物の表面お
よびネット状物の間隔部において油を吸着捕捉し回収す
るものである。
本発明の多重ネット状物を水面近傍部に展張する方法と
しては例えば該多重ネット状物の上端部にフロートを設
けて保持するごとによって好適に行うことができる。フ
ロートとしては丸形９円柱形等のいずれのものでも使用
することができる。
多重ネット状物の形態としては、網、多孔シート、紐状
の暖簾物などが挙げられる。そして、これらの素材１゛
としては、例えば麻などの＠油性物質が好ましく、さら
に表面も毛は立ったり、粒面状であることが油の吸着を
おこなう上で好適である。これらのネット状物は少なく
とも２枚重ねることが必要であり、一般的にｒ／ｉ重ね
合わせを多く１−て多重とする程吸着、保持効果は増大
する。
本発明に係る多重ネツ・ト状物を水面近傍部に展張する
ことによって水はネット状物の網目部（間隙部）から流
過するが、油は該ネット状物の表面およびネット状物の
間隔部に吸着捕捉さされる。さらに本発明にあっては多
重ネット状物の上端部を水面より突出させて設置するこ
とにより一層効果が増大する。
本発明方法によればタンカーの油流出事故、河川等によ
る油の流出事故あるいは、各種廃水処理装置に喪張配置
することによって油を吸着捕捉し回収することができる
。さらに他の態様として水面上に該ネット状物を拡げる
ような方法によっても行うことができる。
本発明方法によれば特に粘度の高い油程その効果は顕著
である。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １）水面および／またはその近傍部に多重ネット状物を
    展張して油分を該ネット状物の表面および該ネット状物
    の間隔部において吸着捕捉することを特徴とする油の流
    出、拡散防止方法。 ２）多重ネット状物を水面に対しほぼ垂直に配設する特
    許請求の範囲第１項記載の油の流出。 拡散防止方法。 ３）　多重ネット状物で水面を覆うように展張する特許
    請求の範囲第１項記載の油の流出、拡散防止方法。 ４）多重ネット状物を水面に対しほば垂直に展張し、且
    つ該多重ネット状物の一部を水面上に突出するように配
    設してなる特ｉ！ＦＩＩｌ１１求の範囲第１項ｔたは第
    ２項記載の油の流出、拡散防止方法。
