Abstract

PURPOSE:To absorb the dislocation of a mounting position due to integrated tolerance of each member and the excessive stress due to severe vibration at running operation, by fixedly interposing a shock absorbing part consisting of elastic material partly in a connector. CONSTITUTION:A connector 3 is constituted by a fixed part 11 fixedly adapted to a mounting seat 5 of a turbocharger 2, shock absorbing part 12 consisting of elastic material, for instance, fluorin rubber, insertion part 13 into a crank case, and a hole 14 extensibly provided through these said parts. A stepped part 15 formed to the periphery by the shock absorbing part 12 is peripherally provided to a connection part between the insertion part 13 and the shock absorbing part 12.

ターボチャージャを搭載した二輪車において、ターボチ
ャージャの軸受部を潤滑したオイルは、ドレン装置に設
けた配管を介してクランクケースに戻すように構成しで
あるが、このドレン装置の接続部分は走行時に発生する
激しい振動のため、一般的に破損しやすい。とくにドレ
ン装置に用いているコネクタ一部品は、その集積誤差の
ため取付位置が狂い、これに振動が加わって過大な負荷
が生じ破損しやすくなっている。

。コネクター3は、ターボチャージャ2の取付座5に当
接固定する固定部11と、弾性材たとえばフッソゴムか
らなる緩衝部12と、クランクケース1への挿入部13
と、これらを貫通して設けられた穴14とから構成され
ている。なお、挿入部13と緩衝部12との結合部には
、外周に緩衝部12によって形成された段部15を周設
しておる。緩衝部12は固定部11、挿入部13に対し

固に固定しである。また挿入部13の他端はクランクケ
