Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the turn-over work in short time thus to improve the efficiency of work, by adhering the material to the aligning face substrate on a disc through oil and wrapping then adhering to another aligning face substrate under turned-over state. CONSTITUTION:A projected grip 13 where a flange 11 and a recess 12 are cut off is provided in an aligning face disc substrate 10 having flat upper and lower faces. A high difference ring 16 is fitted on the outercircumference of the substrate 10 then a hole 17 corresponding with a hole 15 in the flange 11 is made through said ring 16 to be inserted with a fixing screw 14. Then a spring 19 is inserted to provide a step (d) such that the difference between the upper face 8 of the substrate 10 and the upper face of said ring 16 will be the finish thickness of the material to be wrapped and secured through a nut 20. A plurality of materials 6 are adhered through oil to the upper face of the substrate 10, then the grip 13 is held and while placing the material below, an automatic ring is set in a wrapping machine to perform wrapping while the wrapping of the other face is performed by another aligning face substrate.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a disk-shaped alignment surface base with parallel and flat end surfaces, a concave inner periphery of the lower surface, and a protrusion in the center, and an outer side of the alignment surface base. This lapping jig is assembled by using a compression spring and a ring-shaped height difference wheel that slides on the inside, and a compression spring so as to have a step between the top surface of the alignment surface substrate and the periphery of the top surface of the height difference shaft.

A smooth lapping finish is achieved by sliding both sides of a thin disc or material of arbitrary shape on a lapping machine. A wrapping machine as shown in FIG. 1 is used for this wrapping work. As shown in the figure, the materials to be wrapped are placed side by side in a plurality of rotating rings 6 on the lapping machine 2 in the workbench 1.

First, wrap one side. However, in order to wrap both sides of material 6, all of the materials must be turned inside out. Conventionally 1 After lapping one side, the rotating ring 3 is pulled from the lapping machine 2 to the table surface 7 of the workbench 1, together with the material 6 whose one side has been lapped, as shown in FIG. 5 in order to wrap the other side. . Next, the material in the rotating ring B must be turned over one by one so that the surface to be wrapped first is facing down. Thereafter, the rotating ring 6 is moved together with the material 6 onto the lapping machine 2 to perform lapping work on other surfaces. Therefore, in the conventional wrapping operation, it takes time to arrange a large number of materials 6 in the rotating ring 6, and it takes time and effort to turn over the other side after wrapping one side. Therefore, there was a drawback of low efficiency in double-sided wrapping work.

The present invention overcomes the drawbacks and drawbacks of the conventional method by attaching a material to a disk-shaped alignment surface substrate with oil or grease, wrapping it, and then adhering it to another alignment surface substrate in an upside-down state. The purpose of the present invention is to improve efficiency so that the wrapping work can be carried out using the paper, and the turning work can be done in a short time.

Fit the height difference ring 16 to the alignment surface base 10, and open the hole 16 hole 1.
Pass the ring mounting screw 14 through 7. The compression springs 19 are placed on the alignment surface base 10 so that the difference between the upper surface 8 of the alignment surface substrate 10 and the upper surface 18 of the height difference ring 16 becomes a step d that is equal to the finished thickness of the material B to be wrapped. Tsuba 11 and height difference ring 1
6, and tighten it with a nut 20. Align the surface base 10 inside the height difference ring 16 of the wrapping jig 21 assembled in this way.
Apply multiple pieces of material 6 to the top surface of the jig 2 using oil or jig 2.
1, hold the grip 13 at the center of the face substrate 10, and place the adhesive material 6 downward into the rotating ring B. Even if the wrapping jig 21 is turned upside down, the material 6 will not fall because it is adhered with oil or grease. The rotating ring 5 is set in the wrapping machine shown in FIG. 1, and the wrapping operation is performed in the same manner as before.

Then, once one side has been wrapped, the material 6 must be turned over in order to wrap the other side. In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 7, first, the wrapping jig 21 is placed on the workbench 1 with the wrapped material B facing upward as shown in FIG. 7(a). Next, as shown in (t)), another wrapping jig 21' with oil applied to the top is turned upside down.

When placed on top of the wrapping jig 21 previously placed on the workbench 1, the height difference ring 16 is placed under pressure against the compression spring 19. Furthermore, when the upper wrapping jig 21'' is moved sideways as shown in (C), the material 6 is adhesively moved from the lower wrapping jig 21 to the upper wrapping jig 21'.

This lapping jig 21° is inserted into the rotating ring 6 as shown in (e), and set in a lapping machine as shown in (f) to perform the lapping operation. Therefore, by using the same two ramping jigs 21 of the present invention, it is possible to easily turn over all the materials 6 at the same time.

When the wrapping work on one side of material B is completed, material 6 is turned over and transferred to another wrapping jig 21'.
There is no need to turn over each piece one by one as in the past, and a large number of materials 6 can be turned over and wrapped at the same time in an extremely short time, improving work efficiency and providing products with excellent reliability.
