Abstract

に優れたスラリー状水分散塗料を開発することに成功し
、本発明をするに至った。

;ポリオキシエチレンラウレート、ポリオキシエチレン

しているためと考えられる。これに対し従来のスラリー
状水分散塗料組成物においては第2図に示すように、塗
料粉体13の表面に存在する分散剤分子14の数が少な
いためと推察される。

的に粉砕して水中に分散させたり、もしくは更に水中で
粉砕分散させたり、又は熔融混練した後直接水中で粉砕
分散してスラリー状水分散塗料とすることができる。更
には、前記配合物を一旦溶剤に溶解して水中に噴出して
粉末を析出させたり、噴霧乾燥によって粉末とした後水
中に分散させたりしてスラリー状水分散塗料組成物とす
ることができる。なお、塗料粉体を水中に分散させるに
当っては、別に分散剤や増結剤を水中に添加してもよい
