[Detailed explanation of the invention] This invention relates to a yagura kotatsu device that heats the kotatsu by circulating hot water. In addition to the top plate that makes up the yagura, a yagura floor panel that is almost integral with the yagura is also attached. It relates to a structure that circulates hot water through the panels to effectively heat the space inside the tower from both above and below.

Conventionally, a so-called electric kotatsu has been provided as a yagura kotatsu, in which an infrared light bulb and a heater are suspended from approximately the center of the lower surface of the top plate that makes up the yagura, and the space inside the yagura is heated by the electric heat radiated from this. This is well known.

This electric kotatsu has a simple structure and easy heat control.
Although it has become widely popular because it can be used anywhere where there is an outlet and is easy to handle, it also has some drawbacks.

If this thermostat malfunctions, the temperature of the tower may rise abnormally, or the temperature of a special light bulb or heater may rise abnormally, or the wiring cord may be exposed, which may cause a fire.Furthermore, the temperature control of energization 0NOFF may occur. Because of this, the temperature inside the tower tends to change easily, in other words, there is a large temperature difference between when it is turned on and when it is turned off.

As mentioned above, this project uses a decorative board on the top side.
The lower surface side is composed of a heat sink, and a gap is formed on these opposing surfaces, and a hot water pipe is arranged in a meandering manner so as to be in contact with the heat sink surface in the gap, and furthermore, the gap is filled with a heat insulating material. A tower kotatsu is composed of a top plate made of a plastic top plate and legs attached to the lower surface of the top plate, the top side is made of a heat sink, the bottom side is made of a decorative board, and a gap is formed on these opposing surfaces. A hot water pipe is arranged in a meandering manner so as to be in contact with the surface of the heat dissipation plate in the cavity, and a floor panel is formed with a heat insulating material filled in the cavity to form a larger area than the above-mentioned top plate. The above-mentioned yagura kotatsu is mounted or attached almost integrally, and the hot water pipes of each of the yagura kotatsu and the floor panel are connected to a hot water supply source via a connecting pipe, so the following advantages are achieved. , it is possible to provide a practically excellent hot water circulation and kotatsu device that is effective.

Since the heating medium for heating the space inside the Oyagura kotatsu is circulating hot water, it has a large heat capacity and has an excellent heat retention effect, and the same temperature of the kotatsu can be maintained constant, so that discomfort caused by temperature changes does not occur.

Since the heat dissipation surface extends over the entire surface of the top plate and floor panel and faces them, the entire interior space of the kotatsu can be heated effectively and uniformly from the top and bottom, creating a comfortable space with no temperature fluctuations. At the same time, there is no discomfort when sitting due to heat radiation from the floor surface.Since the heating medium is hot water, there is no need to worry about overheating of the top plate or panel, making it safe.

○ Particularly in the top plate section, the top side is heat-insulated from the hot water pipes through an insulating material, so there is no heat transfer from the top plate to the surface through the kotatsu cover, as in the past.
Therefore, fruits placed on the top surface will not be adversely affected.

0 There is no protrusion such as an electric type in the space under the top plate, so the space can be made wider.
