Abstract

PURPOSE:To run a tape stably, by providing an air flow-out part such as a groove or a hole in a cover itself along a tape running path to prevent the twist of the tape due to wind and the stick of the tape to the wall of the running path. CONSTITUTION:The tip of the tape which is fanned by the wind of a blast hole 15 and is fed out, is fanned in the entrance part of a tape running path 16 by the wind of two blast holes 14 and 15. The wind of blast holes 14 and 15 form flow passages interposing a magnetic tape 11 as shown in the figure by arrows (e) and (e') and are flowed out to the outside of the device from a groove 24 of a cover 23, and therefore, the wind does not grow into a vortex flow in the tape running path 16. As the result, the magnetic tape 11 is not twisted and is fanned by said wind to stand on the tape running path 16 just under the groove 24 with the wall of one side as the bottom, and in this state, the magnetic tape 11 runs on the tape running path 16 along the shape of the groove 24.

A supply reel wound with a magnetic tape and a magnetic tape winding section (for example, a take-up hub) are rotatably arranged to sandwich the tape running path, and are placed at a predetermined position in the middle of the tape running path. It is equipped with guide rollers, magnetic heads, etc. Then, after covering the top of these side parts to seal the tape running path, air is blown from the supply reel side to guide the leading edge of the magnetic tape into the tape running path, and air is sucked in from the take-up reel side. The leading end of the magnetic tape is automatically attached to the winding section.

■ One is that the tape running path is completely sealed by the cover, so the air blown out from the two ventilation ports wraps around inside the tape running path, creating a thin flow. The leading edge of the magnetic tape fed out from the supply reel stops running midway, the tape is twisted multiple times before reaching the take-up section, or the leading edge of the magnetic tape is thinly wound. There is a problem in that the tape runs like this, making it difficult to attach it to the winding section.

(2) Next, the leading edge of the magnetic tape that has been unwound from the supply reel is introduced into the tape running path while being pressed down by the air from the two air outlets. If the magnetic tape is unbalanced, there is a problem in that the leading end of the magnetic tape bites into one wall of the tape running path and becomes unable to run. For this reason, there is a problem in that it is very difficult to adjust the timing of starting air blowing and the amount of air blowing by the two air blowing ports. Similar problems also exist with paper tapes and adhesive tapes.

Note that the winding unit 13 side is equipped with a motor 13 as shown in FIG.
A winding unit (for example, a winding hub, etc.) 13 connected to the rotating shaft of
, tape fall prevention plate 132 , and reel fixing pin 133
It has a configuration in which the (b) and (b) rotate integrally. Reference numeral 134 designates a speed detector which also serves as a tape holder, and reference numeral 135 designates a member provided with a hole 135& for sucking air in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure. Note that an air intake port (not shown) is provided inside the winding portion 13@. The air intake state on the side of the winding section 13 is indicated by the direction of the two arrows in the drawing.Next, the operation of the device constructed as above will be explained. To feed out the magnetic tape 11, the supply reel 12 is rotated in the tape winding direction (in the direction of the arrow H in the drawing), and air is blown in the directions A and B in the drawing from the two air blowing ports 14 and 15. Here, when the tip of the magnetic chive 11 wound around the reel 12 by the rotation of the supply reel 12 passes through the wind blowing part of the air outlet 15, the tip side of the magnetic cheese full passes through the air outlet 15. Tape running path 16 bent by the wind
being sent to the side. Then, when the leading edge of the tape approaches the entrance of the tape running path 16, the magnetic tape 1 is exposed to the wind from the two ventilation ports 14.15. As shown in FIG. As a result, the magnetic tape 11 receives the above-mentioned wind flow, and the groove 24
It is erected on the tape running path 16 directly below the tape running path 16 with one side wall as the bottom, and in this state it runs on the tape running path 16 along the shape of the groove 24. Therefore, the two air vents 14.1
5 enters the tape running path 16, but because it flows out from the groove 24 of the cover 23 located almost in the center of the tape running path 16, it does not flow from the air outlet like in the conventional device. The sent-out wind does not become a thin flow within the tape running path 16. Therefore, the magnetic tag II#'i does not become twisted multiple times or thinly wound, making it difficult to run.

Note that the passage of the magnetic chip 7011 is detected by the tape amount sensor 1.
When detected by 7, supply reel 1 receives the detection signal.
2! -1: The tape starts to rotate in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and enters a so-called normal tape supply state, at which time the winding section 13 also rotates.

In this case, the air from the air outlet 15 flows out through the groove 24 from one side of the magnetic tape 11 as shown in FIG. 4, but at this time, the one side of the magnetic tape 11 becomes under negative pressure. , the magnetic tape 11 can be positioned almost directly below the groove 24 and run. In addition, the above embodiment has a cover 2.
Although the groove 24 is provided in the cover 23, a plurality of holes 24g may be provided in the cover 23 along the tape running path 16 as shown in FIG. A plurality of holes 2 are formed in the base II corresponding to the bottom of the tape running path 16 as shown in FIG.
4b... may also be provided. 'Furthermore, although the above embodiment describes a horizontal type device, it is also necessary to apply an upright type device. In addition to magnetic tape,
The same applies to paper tape and adhesive tape. In addition, the present invention can be implemented with various modifications without departing from the gist thereof.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, the cover itself is provided with an air outlet such as a groove or a hole along the tape running path, so that the magnetic tape is moved along the wind flow directly below the air outlet. The tape can be reliably installed and run on the tape running path. Therefore, the tape may be twisted by the wind,
Or, it will not bite into the wall of the tape running path.
The tape can be introduced into the tape running path and the tape running path can be run stably. Further, since stable running of the tape is ensured, it is possible to provide an automatic tape loading device that can reliably load the tape onto the winding section.
