Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a traveller and smoothly handle it by movably mounting a traveller car to which a main seat is connected on a traveller track and by preventing fittings such as pulleys or so from being crowdedly mounted at a focused point on the travel track. CONSTITUTION:A traveller car 5 to which a main seat not illustrated is connected is widthwise and movably mounted on a traveller track 4. The traveller car 5 has flanges 52 which are longitudinally formed at both sides of a back plate 51 to which the main seat is to be attached. A pair of rollers 56 on which a side hall rope 6 is bound are mounted on each outer face of the flange 52. The side hall hope 6 for shifting the traveller car 5 is thereby easily handled so that the rope 6 is prevented from being entangled or caught to lock.

6). That is, a two-wheeled pulley (6) is connected to the five ice traps via a shank (1), and a single pulley (-) is connected to the upper surface (4) of the trapper track (4). The side hole rope (6) is fixed at one end to the fixed shaft of the pulley (65), and the side hole rope (6) has one end fixed to the fixed shaft (65) of the pulley (65);
It is routed by hand (Al) via a pulley (Six Gong Rolling Wheels (67)).

However, the above-mentioned conventional main sheet traveler requires only the side hole rope (6) to be routed or the trapella track (4) to be routed.
The top surface (concentrated on 4 ropes, [7], multi-wheeled pulleys 6, partly due to the fact that many pulleys (i3) with fixed wheels are placed close together, so the 1-hole rope In other words, the mainsheet traveler (3) is used to adjust the mainsail (14) while the yacht (1) is sailing, and the traveler car (5) is stopped at an appropriate position, and when sailing conditions change, the position is moved by tightening or loosening the side hole cope (6).The side hole ropes (6) are arranged symmetrically on the left and right. When one side is tensioned, the other is usually loose, but as shown in Figure 3,
The loose side hole rope (6) hangs down or clings to the upper surface (421) of the trapella track (4).
In the end, the pulley (6) and the upper surface of the labeler track (4) get stuck between them, making it impossible to operate.・In order to obtain a sufficient amount of movement for the rappel car (5), pulleys (6) must be placed at both ends of the trapella track (4), so the side hole rope (6) becomes long, which solves the above problem. Furthermore, the conventional main sheet traveler (3) requires quick operation and operation, as the pulley (6) is unstable and easily swings, and the sacrificial items such as the pulley (6) are unstable and easily oscillate. To provide a main seat traveler for a yacht that has a simple structure and operates smoothly by eliminating the unstable mounting condition of pulleys.

FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the present invention. As with the conventional example, the Travel 4 Ladrack (4) has both ends, that is, the hull α.
9 Grooves (41), (4) extending longitudinally in the front-rear direction
1) is formed. The I-Labeler car (5) straddles the trapper truck (4) and has a backboard 1'il on which is fixed an ice strap 50 that connects the main seat (2).
) is opposed to the substantially horizontal upper surface (421) of the trapella track (4), and 7 langes (52.
.. (On the inner surface of each of 521, there is a pair of rolling elements c'+3 that fit into the grooves (41) and (41) of the trapella dock (4))
, e53), and on the outer surface of each flange F6.62 are a pair of wheels ei(i), e distributed to the left and right sides of the traveler car (5) and corresponding to the left and right sides of the hull O■.
ie is rotatably attached via support shafts Gη, Gη, the support shafts ei'/), 57) are connected by a connecting plate 5, and the rolling wheels (a) and (4) are connected to a connecting plate C'il. In this embodiment, the pulley (68) for maneuvering the side hole 1 (6) is sandwiched between the ◇ and the surface of the flange 6 of the traveler car (5). below j1
The side hole rope (6) is installed in the ir, and the side hole rope (6) is attached to the ice strap (6) fixed to the bottom of the boat. The wheels (4) are routed by the hands (5). Pulley (goods)
is a trapella truck (4). Endka, Raya. It is attached at about 1/4 of the way. This is because there is usually no need to pull the side hole rope (6) any further on the windward side, and the advantage of having the side hole rope (6) routed in this way is that its length can be shortened. Similarly, on the leeward side, the traveler car (5) needs to move all the way to the edge.
With the configuration of this embodiment, the traveler car (5) will not interfere with the pulley (goods), and there is no worry that the traveler car (5) will get caught in the side hole rope between the two.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which a pulley [F] for routing the sidehaul rope (6) is located on the hull near the extension line of the end of the trapella track (4). After being attached to 0Q, Zydehole μm (6) is attached to the hull (
It is routed from the ice trap (G9) fixed to the traveler car (5) to the wheel 6e on one side of the traveler car (5), to the wheel 6e on the other side, to the wheel 6e on the other side, and to the hand figure. Since the barrel is attached to the surface of the hull (151), it has the advantage of being easy to handle and maintain.

In order to set the mainsail I by the mainsheet traveler while sailing the yacht (), the traveler car ()
5) moves on the traveler track (4) by operating the side hole rope (6). Usually, the traveler truck (4) is located on the relatively leeward side of the traveler truck (4). The main sea 1-t2) is pulled, and the side hole lobe on one side (6) is loose. Side hole "] -pu (6)
If you expand or contract, the traveler car (5) will move according to the expansion or contraction. When the sailing direction of the yacht (1) changes or the wind direction changes, the sidehaul rope (6) on the side that had been tensioned loosens and the opposite side becomes tensioned. At this time, the loosened side hole rope (6) tries to wrap around the main sheet traveler (3), but since there is nothing nearby to catch it, such as the pulley 64 in the conventional example, it just hangs down and gets caught. There was no problem and the traveler car (5) moved smoothly.

According to the main seat traveler for a yacht according to the present invention,
Since the side hole ropes used to move the traveler car have been simplified, the ropes do not get tangled or caught, and operate extremely smoothly. This makes it possible to shorten the length of the side hole lobes, which not only makes handling easier, but also reduces costs. For yachts that use a large number of ropes, being able to operate the ropes smoothly is an important issue.Especially for yachts sailing on the ocean, small troubles can easily develop into major accidents, so it is important to prevent them from occurring. The present invention is extremely useful in preventing this.
