バイパス部材を設けた電磁石装置の側面図、第４図は、
上記第３図に示す電磁石装置のＩＶ−ＩＶ線に沿う背面
図、第５図は、上記第４図を拡大した、従来の電磁石装
置の不具合を説明する背面図、第６図は、本考案の一実
施例を示す電磁石装置の組立斜視図、第７図は、上記第
６図に示す電磁石装置の補助バイパス部材を充填する前
の要部断面図、第８図は、上記第６図に示す電磁石装置
の補助バイパス部材を充填中の断面図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 永久磁石の組み込まれたヨークのアーマチュア吸着面に
    、上記永久磁石の磁力によってアーマチュアを吸着させ
    、ヨークに巻装された励磁用コイルへの通電時に、上記
    吸着面におけるアーマチュアとの吸着力を減少させてア
    ーマチュアを上記ヨークの吸着面より離間させるように
    した釈放型の電磁石装置において、 上記ヨークの、永久磁石を保持した部分を、内部に連通
    ずる貫通孔を有した強磁性体からなる枠体形状のバイパ
    ス部材に嵌装したのち、上記貫通孔を通じて、強磁性体
    の微粒子を含有したバイパス補正用の充填剤を上記バイ
    パス部材とヨークとの隙間に注入し、バイパス部材とヨ
    ークとを一体化してなる電磁石装置。
