Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention relates to a reactive power control device in a power transmission system, and its purpose is to control reactive current by controlling a current signal of one phase among three phases and voltage signals of the other two phases. Alternatively, by providing a device that detects reactive power with a power transmission direction determination function and a memory function of the rated current or rated capacity of a capacitor or reactor, the device can be made to operate favorably by providing a compensation function, especially for reverse power transmission. It is something.

Conventionally, time control, reactive power control, voltage control, etc. have been devised as control methods for devices that reduce reactive power in power transmission systems, but among these, the reactive power (reactive current) method is
Problems could arise depending on the direction of power transmission in the power transmission system. That is, the control device operates normally in the normal power transmission direction state, but operates in the opposite direction when reverse direction power transmission occurs. This is because the current phase is reversed by 180° due to reverse power transmission.
When the load-side system is “lag”, the control device will “advance”.
This has the drawback that good control cannot be performed.

本発明は上記のような欠点を解消したもので、以下実施

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, and the structure thereof will be explained below with reference to the drawings shown as embodiments. The h-phase current signal is output as a signal ei to both ends of the resistor Ri through the CT. The line voltage between S111 is P
It is output as the i= sign of ev to both ends of the resistor Rv through T.

Since the device of the present invention has the above-described configuration, the analog switch section is switched by a waveform signal shaped through the rectangular shaping section (5) with one phase shift of the ev phase by the PT. When reverse power transmission occurs, the output signal from the power transmission direction determination signal output section 0υ changes the 8V phase to 180°.
The analog switch section (1) is switched using the inverted rectangular waveform. In this way, the phase relationship is the same as during normal power transmission. In addition, the capacitance of the capacitor α and the capacitor to be controlled is stored in the capacitance storage unit Q61, and the detected reactive power amount is corrected by the closing signal of the switch C171 during the occurrence of reverse power transmission. Therefore, in the normal power transmission direction as shown in Figure 2, when the reactive power state reaches the closing level of the capacitor or reactor, the switch is turned on by the closing signal, and the detection device detects the canceled amount of reactive power. Also, in reverse power transmission, the detection device is a capacitor,
Alternatively, accurate operation can be expected because the amount of power that does not take into account the capacity of the reactor, that is, the reactive power of the load is corrected so as not to be detected as it is.

By providing the device with a reverse power transmission compensation function as described above, the present invention enables the device to operate satisfactorily without stopping even during reverse power transmission, thereby providing an excellent reactive power control device.
