Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a discharging device by interlocking a work receiving plate that goes in and out between a male die and a femal die with vertical movement of the male die, and thereby receiving and discharging the work released at raised position of the male die by advancing receiving plate. CONSTITUTION:When a male die is in a state of descending, a wire 14b wound on a large pulley 12b side is rewound and stretched, and a work receiving plate 6 is placed at retreat position by elastic force of a tension spring 11a. With upward movement of a ram 3, the male die 2 goes up holding a work 4a by biting at the time of blanking. Then, a wire 14a on the small pulley 12a side is pulled by a pin 15 and rewound. A double pulley 12 rotates in the direction of the arrow A. The work receiving plate advances between the male and femal dies 1, 2, and the work 4a is detected from the male die 2 and received. という問題点があった。また先端部にマグネットチャッ
クを備えたフィンガー装置にあっては、ワークの材質が
磁性を有するものに限定されてしまうという問題点があ
った。

型2と下型1の間に移動して引続いてのワーク4aの排
出動作に備えられる。

に関連して前記退出傾向に抗して前進されるワーク受板
で受けて排出させるようにしたから、ワーク排出機構を
駆動、制御するだめの別途の駆動源および制御装置が不
要とされ、かつ比較的簡単な構成で動作タイミングの正
確なものが得られるので、装置のコスト低減を図ること
ができるという効果が得られる。
