・接着剤層（ヒートシール性）、ｂ・・・紙、Ｃ・・・
樹脂膜層（例えばポリエチレン膜）、ｄ・・・易剥離性
接着剤層、ｅ・・・アルミニウム箔）、Ａ・・・粒状食
品、Ｂ・・・液状飲料又は半液状食品。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　合成樹脂製又は紙製の容器１及び２が中間の仕切蓋
    ３を介して一体的にセットした形態の食品包装容器に於
    て、容器１及び２を分離したと−き仕切蓋３が層剥離し
    、各容器共に蓋がシールされた形態で分離しうるよう構
    成したことを特徴とする食品包装容器。 ２　仕切Ｍ３が、接着剤層、紙、易剥離性接着剤層、ア
    ルミニウム箔、接着剤層を順に積層して構成したもので
    あることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の食品包装容器。 ３　仕切蓋３が、接着剤層、紙、樹脂膜層、易剥離性接
    着剤層、アルミニウム箔、接着剤層を順に積層して構成
    したものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の食品包装容器。 ＋Ｍ切蓋３が、接着剤層、アルミニウム箔、易剥離性接
    着剤層、アルミニウム箔、接着剤層を順に積層して構成
    したものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
