Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce noise generated from a coil and an iron core section in a stabilizer by mixing a filler component having a specific gravity of 4.0 or more with resin to form a specific gravity of 2.8 or more. CONSTITUTION:A filler component having a specific gravity of 4.0 or more and a filler, a hardening agent, an accelerator, or the like are mixed with resin such as unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin to obtain a resin composition article for stabilizer having a specific gravity of a mixer of 2.8 or more. The resin composition article for stabilizer obtained in this way is filled in a case having a stabilizer housed therein and hardened under the condition that the stabilizer is covered. The hardened composition article becomes high density by forming a specific gravity of the composition article of 2.8 or more. Noise generated from a coil and an iron core section in the stabilizer can be reduced.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a resin composition for a stabilizer, and the present invention relates to a resin composition for a stabilizer.
The present invention relates to a resin composition for a ballast, characterized in that the above-mentioned filler components are mixed to have a specific gravity of 2.8 or more.

Ballasts have conventionally been used in various electrical devices, but there has been a problem in that noise is generated from the coils and iron cores of the ballasts, and this noise is annoying when using the electrical devices. In addition, there is a book in which the ballast is placed inside the case and the ballast is filled in the case to enclose the ballast in the resin, but this method does not reduce the main noise and is satisfactory. It wasn't something.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a resin composition for a ballast that can reduce the noise generated from the coil and iron core of the ballast. .

The present invention will be explained in detail below. The filler component has a specific gravity of 4.0
It is made up of the above materials and contains one or more filler components. This filler component has a specific gravity of 5, for example.
.. 7, barium sulfate with a specific gravity of 4.5, zinc white with a specific gravity of 5.5, etc. can be used. Further, as the resin, thermosetting resins such as unsaturated polyester resins and Eho + Shi resins can be used. In order to manufacture the resin composition for ballast, the liquid resin has a specific gravity of 4.
.. 0 or more filler components and fillers such as calcium carbonate, silica powder, and silica sand, curing agents such as organic peroxides, curing accelerators such as metal soap, etc. are mixed, and the specific gravity of the mixture is 2.8.
The above resin composition for ballast is obtained in step □.

Therefore, the resin composition for a stabilizer obtained as described above is filled into a case in which the stabilizer is housed, and is cured at room temperature or under heating while the stabilizer is wrapped. By setting the specific gravity to 2.8 or more, the cured composition becomes highly dense and can reduce noise generated from the coil and core of the ballast. This effect becomes more pronounced as the specific gravity and density of the composition increases.
It is.

As mentioned above, in the present invention, the resin is mixed with a filler having a specific gravity of 4.0 or more to make the specific gravity 2.8 or more, and this composition is filled into a case containing a stabilizer. By curing, the noise generated from the ballast can be shielded by a hardened, round, high-density composition, allowing electrical equipment to be used without hearing the noise from the ballast.

The present invention will be specifically explained below based on examples (Example 1.2 and conventional examples) The resin compositions for ballasts of Example 1.2 and conventional examples were prepared by uniformly mixing the formulations shown in the following table. 1 at 60°C with this composition.
After time curing, the noise due to the ballast of the crest was measured.
