アイジヨイントの製造法を提供することで、以下第3図
及び第4図に基いて製造工程を示せば、素材としての長
尺金属管材Pを、その先端口周部2附近をチャック6.
6′で保持するとともにその先端を規定の長さ突出させ
て挾持セットする。このような状態をもって外方頂部よ
り同軸上にセットした凹状彎曲面7′を有する押圧型7
によシ軸芯方向に押圧して前記先端口周部2附近を内側
に彎曲せしめて平坦な座面3を有する狭搾口4を構成す
る。更に押圧型7の後退に同期して長尺金属管材p@を
少こし前方に送出して引続き連続して周側壁部に枝管或
いは配管体との麹熔着のための接続穴5を貫設し、その
後に所望の規定の高さに切断して本体1(第1図参照)
を構成するか、或いはこのように切断した後の個々の状
態をもって前記接続穴5を貫設するかして本体1を構成
するものである。
