Conventionally, various group pots for raising and transplanting seedlings that are connected so that they can be pulled out using connecting parts have been known, but the seedlings grown in these group pots can be separated into individual seedlings and transplanted using a fully automatic method. When doing so, satisfactory results have not always been obtained due to reasons such as incomplete division of the joint and crushing of the seedlings.

Under these circumstances, the inventor provided a splitting structure to the connecting part between pots that is strong enough to pull out rows of potted seedlings, but is extremely easy to split due to instantaneous tensile force. A fully satisfactory result was obtained, and the result was previously filed as Japanese Patent Application No. 51-21766 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 52-107905).

This invention provides a method for manufacturing a group pot body connected by a connecting part having the above-described split structure, in which two thin films of a predetermined width are pulled out in a connected manner, and water-resistant glue is applied in the direction of pulling out. The strips are pasted in parallel at a predetermined distance to form a strip, and then the two strips are placed face-to-face facing each other, and the water-resistant glue-attached portions between them are 1/2 of each other in the lateral direction.
Pull out the drawer in a pitch-adjusted arrangement, and pass through the strip to form a predetermined distribution by aligning it with the other adhesive portions, except for the adhesive portion on one side of the two-layer strip that is opposite to each other. A separation line consisting of the cut portion is carved so as to coincide with the front line of the cut portion, and on the top surface of one strip, except for one side edge, water-resistant glue is applied to the other side edge, and water-soluble glue is applied to the remaining portion. , adhere two strips while maintaining the above-mentioned positional relationship to form a multi-layered body, apply water-resistant glue to the other side edges except for the top side edge of this multi-layered body, and apply water-soluble glue to the remaining part. This is then cut into a unit length, with the cut section being required to have a cut section and a non-cut section, and the cut section being located at the front or rear end of the section. By sequentially stacking a predetermined number of pieces in multiple stages and gluing the whole piece together, it was possible to obtain a continuous set of pot bodies with continuous cut portions extending to the upper side or lower side of the connecting portion between pot bodies.

It is known from Japanese Patent Publication No. 37-15819, for example, to provide a row of perforations using kerfs or perforations in the joint between pot bodies, but such perforations using kerfs or perforations do not require manual drilling of the joint. This is to make it easier to tear and divide into individual seedlings, and it does not take into account any manufacturing method that requires the cuts or perforations to be located along the upper or lower sides of the joint. Therefore, this invention provides a completely new manufacturing method.

以下図面の例により詳細に説明する。A detailed explanation will be given below using examples of the drawings.

The width and spacing of the water-resistant glue lines a, b, and c may be appropriately selected depending on the desired shape of the pot body, but when the cross-sectional shape is a regular hexagon, horizontal lines a-b, b-b , b and c should be equal and three times the width of the horizontal line, respectively, and it is sufficient that the horizontal line a applied to one side edge 1-a of the thin film 1 is equal to the width of the horizontal line. Horizontal line C applied to the other side edge 1-b
It is sufficient if the width is about the width of the horizontal line b+a.
