Claims (1)
- 一 非等温プラズマ１８を発生させている気密なチャ
ンバ１０内に補強被覆用の原料ガスを連続的に流しミか
つチャンバ１０内を低圧に保つとともに、チャンバ１０
内に、これとの間を気密に保ちなが゛ら光ファイバ２４
を連続的に通しかつ、プラズマ１８内を通過させること
を特徴とする光ファイバの補強装置。
