Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、高周波成形機により熱可塑性樹脂製クリップ
を熱可塑性樹脂製モール本体に結合するようにしたモー
ルに関するものである。
従来の自動軍用装置m−t−/には、主として熱可塑性
樹脂を押出成形又は射a成形上により製造されていた・
押出成形はモール本体の断面形状が一定である場合にな
されるもので、七−N本体にクリップが取付いたものを
押出成形することは不可能である。他方、射出成形の場
合はモール本体の断面形状が一定であるものも一定でな
いものも、又クリップ付ぎのモールをも製造することが
できる。
しかし射出成形の致命的欠点として、金型製作費用や射
出成形機自体が非常に高価であり、また金WIlfwに
時間かかかる等の不具合があった〇このため発明者は上
記欠点に鑑み、高周波成形機を使用してクリップ付きモ
ールを製造できないかと思考した。即ち9本願発明はモ
ール本体にりQyプのボディ部をセットし高周波成形機
によって樹脂を局部的溶融させ前記モール本体とクリッ
プと、を結合させることによつてモールを製造せんとす
るものである。
本発明に係る叱−N本体およびクリップを構成する熱可
塑性樹脂の少なくとも一方は高周波加熱で容品に発熱す
る誘電損失の大きい樹脂であることが望ましい。かかる
樹脂としてはポリ塩化ビニル、ポリブチVンデレフタレ
ート等のポリエステル、ポリアセタール等である。また
両者を構成する熱可塑性樹脂は相互に親和性が良く溶接
されるものでなければならない。溶接性からみると同一
材質の組合せが好ましい。また溶接時に樹脂が溶融し形
状が保持されないことを考えると形状保持が望まれるク
リップをモール本体より発熱しにくい材料で構成するの
が好ましい場合もある。かかる場合にクリップのボディ
に容品に加熱され溶融する熱可塑性樹脂の接合片を組み
付欧接合な客易にすることが好ましい。またモール本体
にはクリ、デのボディが挿入される凹部を投杼ておくの
が好ましい。
高周波加熱は接合部のみに高周波が作用し、その部分の
みが溶融し融着するのが好ましい。特にクリップの頭部
が加熱されないようにする必要がある。この方法として
高屑波加熱機の電極間に加熱したい部分のみを入れ、加
熱したくない部分特にクリップ頭部を電極間から離すこ
とが望ましい。
なお電極の一部に凹部を形成し、この凹部区クリップの
頭部を入れることもクリップ頭部の加熱を防止する一方
法である。また加熱により溶融し形状が変るのを防ぐた
めy +3コン樹脂等の誘電損失の小さい物質で型を作
り、型内で加熱することもできる。クリップの頭部がど
うしても加熱され溶融する場合#Cはクリップ頚部を型
で覆うようにすることもできる。この場合にはクリップ
の頚部が加熱されて溶融して−Wにより再成形されるた
め目的のクリップの頭部のものが得られる。なお。
考え方として、*融して形状が変化する部分にはVtJ
コン樹脂等の型をあ゛てがい変形を防止する。
以下8本発明の実施例を添付図面El&いて説明する。
第1図、第8図は本発明に係る装飾・七−A/lOを示
すもので、該モールlOは熱可塑性樹脂製のモール本体
8と複数個の熱可塑性樹脂製のクリップ8とから成うて
いる。
第8図は断面形状が一定であるモール本体2を示してい
る。このようなモール本体8は通常押出成形により製造
されるものであるが、別設本願に必要な七−N本体とし
ては断面一定なものに限定されるものではない。そして
成形後に、下面1mにクリップ取付用の穴8bが穿設さ
れる。なお。
取付穴21はかならずしも必要とするものではない。例
えば叱−N本体とクリップが同材質で接合が容品である
場合には七−N本体の表1iC直接クリップを接合でき
る。
クリップ8の形状を例示すれば第一図、栴6図の如くで
ある。第一図のクリップ8ムは一体成形されている例で
材質はモール本体8と同質のものでも異質のものでもよ
い。同質の場合は七−N本体8との接着度合が強いが異
質の場合は少し弱い。
モール本体の材質としては通常徳化ビニール、ボリアセ
一−ル樹脂などが使用される。
前記クリップ3ムは下方に砥在する略三角形の頚部10
gと断面円形の軸部118と断面円形のボディ部■]と
鍔部188とから成りている・前記三角形頭部108の
根元外周部14gは弾性を有し、矢印方向にたわみ得る
ように形成されている。
第6図のクリップ8BはクリップPC接合片Q命を組合
わせた例である。第1図の部分と同形状の部分について
は同じ番号が付しである。クリップPのボディは小内部
g08と大内部818とが軸部888で結合された構成
となっている。接合片Q(第6図の平面図参照)はリン
グ状で周辺から中心部に切込みB88が設けられている
・この切込みj1881cクリップPの軸部228が第
6Iilの矢印方向に挿入され、接合片Qの切込み18
8の絞り部148を押し拡げるようにして押込まれ、そ
の軸部B83は中心孔868の部分に位置することにな
る。つまり、栴6図の状態になる。この状態でクリップ
Pよ接合片Qは完全に係合され第6図の矢印と反対の方
向に抜は出ることはない。クリップPの三角形部分10
8の根元外周部148が弾性を有する点は前述の第1図
のクリップ8ムの場合と同様である。
なお、接合片Qを形成する熱可塑性樹脂はクリップPを
形成する熱可塑性樹脂より高周波加熱の春易なもの望ま
しくは加熱が容品でモール本体と同じ樹脂がよい。
尚、第4図、1116図の鍔部18Bは外方に突出して
いるわけであるが、別段第1図の二点鎖線のような凹部
2してもよい。この場合は、後述のような方法で高周波
成形機で加熱したとき前記興部内にモール本体の溶融樹
脂が流れ込むことにより七−〜本体とクリップとが結合
される。
次に4−ル本体2の穴sbcクリップ8を結合する方法
について説明する。第7図のようN:モール本体8を、
Vリコン!ム製の下!1111の凹部11ar−セット
し0次にモール本体8の複数個の孔2b内にクリップ8
をそれぞれセットする。しかる後に、金属製の電極l!
をかぶせる。該電極1Bにはクリップ8の三角形頭部1
08が十分に入り得るような凹部1gmが設けられてい
る。その後。
高周波成形機18にセットし加熱する。該加熱によりモ
ール本体8および接合片188を内部発熱及び′fII
Imさせることにより穴8bとクリップ8との間に存す
る間![14を埋め、第9図のようIC七−〜本体8と
クリップ8を完全c固定する。この場合、七−ル零体8
とクリップ8が異質材料であるときはモール本体8ある
いはモール本体2と接合片188が溶融して上記のよう
に聞11t14が埋まるのであり、同質材料であるとき
は画材の表面が溶融して両者が結合する。

のである。
以上の実施例説明においては七−ル本体・8に穴怠すを
設けることとして説明したが必ずしも穴を設けなけれ#
f1?きないというものではない。即ち溶融軟線の樹脂
中にクリ、デな押圧してクリップのボディ部を埋込ませ
てもよいし、また埋込ませずに前記ボディ部の面とモー
ル本体20南とを溶融状部において面接着しても十分使
用に耐えうる。
このように本発明は、モール本体にクリップのボディ部
をセットし高周波成形機によって樹脂をfIII融させ
前記モール本体とり17 Wデとを結合させるようにし
たため、4−ル本体の断面形状が一定である場合は勿論
、一定でないものについても。
特に従来の射出成形に比して格段に!価な方法で装飾モ
ールを製造することができる。この場合。
本発明の高肩波成llcよる場合でも型を作る必要があ
るわけであるが、射出成形に必要な金製製作費に比べれ
は極めて安価であり、又短時間で製作できる。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 (11熱可塑性樹脂製モール本体と熱可塑性樹脂7” 製クリップとよりなり、#クリックのボディと該モール
    本体とを高周波加熱により溶接して一体化したことを特
    徴にするクリップ付モール (2)熱可塑性樹脂製モール本体の所定部分に熱可塑性
    樹脂製クリップのボディを当接させる工程・該モール本
    体とクリップのボディとの当接部分E極部的に高周波加
    熱を行い、該クリップのボディな該モール本体に溶接す
    る工程を順次実線することを特徴とするクリップ付モー
    ルの製造方法 (8)モール本体にはクリップのボディが挿入される凹
