Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）プラスチック成形品により底部及び外周壁部が一
    体に成形された反射皿を具え、該反射皿の内底面に、端
    子面が表出されており、この端子面に発光ダイオードチ
    ップがボンデインタされるともに、上記反射皿内底面の
    端子面に上記発光ダイオードチップの電流を制御する電
    子素子が取り付けられている構成ときれたことを特徴と
    するＬＥＤランプ。
  2. （２）前記電子素子は接合形電界効果トランジスタが用
    いられており、そのトランジスタの基板がゲートされ、
    このゲートとしての基板が前記リード端子面に直接ボッ
    ディングされている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    によるＬＥＤランプ。
  3. （３）　　前記電子素子として抵抗が用いられている実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載によるＬＥＤランプ。
