Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）磁性体よりなる柱状の磁芯の表面にスパイラル状
    の導体を形成し、かつ外周部を磁性体により覆うととも
    に、両端部に外部電極を形成したチップコイル。
  2. （２）磁芯の焼成時収縮率を、外周部を覆う磁性体の焼
    成時収縮率より小さくした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載のチップコイル。
