    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 磁性材で形成されたコアの上に直接巻線を施し、かつ該
    巻線の両端をそれぞれ接続した外部電極を磁性材コアの
    両端に導電膜を介して設けたチップ形コイルにおいて、
    磁性材コアと導電膜との間に絶縁膜を介在せしめたこと
    を特徴とするチップ形コイルの電極構造。
